Tried to put in an order for $40.They charged me $70. Had to claim fraud to put a stop. Do NOT order from these people!

No phone # for company. No customer service. The online help desk just makes you jump through hoops.
This company is a fraud. The prices are 2x the amount they sell on Amazon for. Move on from this company

This company is a scam and, in my experience, committing fraud. I ordered three shirts from Peackfoather.com. After finding out that they are NOT a US based company (first lie I encountered), and that my order was supposedly shipping from Italy, I never received ANYTHING from them. Nothing. Per their tracking, I received it, but I did not. PayPal needs to elevate this and discontinue facilitating this crime.

Scam do not buy. I ordered a Yellowstone black jacket with wool interior size XXL. I received something to the size of approximately large. Super generic material probably weighs a pound. Jacket has no label / tag, no marking for the size. They charged me $13.50 above the set price. I have reached out to them via email. After 8 emails back and forth, they said there is nothing wrong with the quality and that our kind understanding would be highly appreciated. How about you tell me where I can kindly send this pos to so you can reimburse us our money! Your return policy say 30 days, I don’t want to email with “team support #2”

These guys are foreigners, and all they want is your money. Their picture of the Coat I ordered, is 100% deceiving. I would not were it to a Halloween Costume Party, in that it is so poorly made and fake appearing. I tried to return it, but it has to be mailed back to Portugal, and the cost is more than the so called Coat.

Scam. It’s really hard to even work with PayPal and CC companies to get my money back. Save yourself and don’t order from here

Just like the majority of you say, this is a scam!! I'm so pissed and frustrated!! I ordered 5 items and only received 4. The items were shipped from "France" took a month to arrive. The material and quality is horrendous and defective! I have asked to get a refund and they kept telling me it will cost too much for me to send it back, I insisted I wanted the address and now am being told they can't do anything about it and that they can refund me 7USD. That's a joke! I paid almost 300USD! DONT ORDER ANYTHING! This company is a fraud and deceiving! The items do not look like the items on the website. TOTAL SCAM! They keep telling me to just gift it to someone else, like if the items are good quality. They are not made in the USA as it mentions on their website.

Ordered and received the highland cow sweatshirt. The image was not centered on the sweatshirt. It is way to the right. When I contacted to have it replaced I was told that it is very expensive to return the sweatshirt. They offered me $3.00 back. They are not willing to send a new sweatshirt even though it is defective.

someone should really investigate this company. they do not respect their return policies, I received a coat for which I paid 140$cad, with no embroidered label displaying the material used and where the manufacturing came from, the quality is extremely cheap, and impossible to tell return because they tell me it would cost too much.

This company is a total scam! Avoid all transactions. Website states products are made and shipped from their facility in South Carolina, USA, but they actually ship from various international destinations including Italy, Portugal, Norway, etc and they charge a foreign transaction fee. Complete rip off!

Purchased two sweaters from them. Took 2+ weeks and came from China. The material was very cheap and the shape of the sweaters was very different than what the website shows. Contacted company via email. They said it would be too much to ship back so it wouldn’t be worth it to send back. I then reached out via PayPal. The company said they would give me $10 (I paid $80).

Buyer beware I totally thought they were a legit company stated that they ship from US, South Carolina. My package was shipped from Portugal it took a couple weeks. Surprisingly I actually received a package but missing a sweatshirt. The material is cheap polyester and the quality is bad. I'm waiting to hear back if they refund me for the missing sweatshirt. I am so mad was planning on giving these as gift but seriously they are horrible. And they weren't cheap either. Last time I click on a Facebook ad.

I was charged a different price than what was supposed to be. Ad states shipped from USA and the actual is Spain.
Total scam

1) the receipt at point of purchase (linked from Facebook) was for one amount; my PayPal account was debited a higher amount from BanBain Trade Co. Limited (not even Peackfoather)
2) Their email is responded by a BOT and directs you to the FAQ; the FAQ directs you to the email. No way to get help
3) they advertised the sweatshirt as cotton, it is 100% polyester
4) They claim "easy returns" - see #2 above
5) The claim to mail from the U.S. - my tracking originated in Italy
Paypal will NOT protect you. Don't use PayPal for any purchases and definitely avoid this company.

This company is a scam. First they charged me 25% tax and said it was a system error. Then they sent a shirt that was purple when the picture on the website shows it's brown. And the pattern on the shirt was all washed out. And then they said I can't return it while their website says "Easy Returns". Dont use them!

Ordered 3 shirts. They don't tell you they ship from Italy and takes 4 weeks. Finally got my order of 3 shirts and hugely disappointed. Cheap fabric. Poor quality. Not only us fabric cheap and flimsy, but the elbow patches were on the wrong side. If I could return, I would. Good pictures. Poor quality.
