Ordered a bathroom led mirror, which arrived smashed to bits and actually cut myself on, but emailed them, had a super quick response and another mirror arrived the next day. Fabulous service.

Very fast delivery and so pleased with my led battery operated mirror. Bonus that I got a free extra battery with it so I always have a battery to use.

Nice mirror
The mirror arrived a day or two later than planned, but still quickly. Communication was very good with the company. The mirror itself is not brightly lit enough to be useful for a good look at your own face, which was what we had hoped for. But it's a nice looking mirror in the little bathroom and overall we're happy with it.

Problem accessing the lithium battery when the Verve mirror is installed.
The Verve mirror was disappointing as access to the lithium battery when it’s on the wall is extremely tight. The battery also doesn’t eject properly when pressed so you can’t reach it to remove without completely taking the mirror off the wall. This is not clear in the website photos and information provided. I wanted to return the mirror but it wasn’t cost effective. I wouldn’t recommend this mirror to anyone as the battery access is unsatisfactory..

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Verve mirror. We’re really sorry to hear about the difficulty accessing the battery, your frustration is completely understandable.
We appreciate your feedback and will review how we can make battery access clearer in our product descriptions and images. Your insight helps us improve both our products and customer experience, and we’re sorry this one didn’t meet your expectations.

Great delivery
Great delivery. We had to wait for our electrician to fit the mirror and it was worth the wait. Really like to cool and warm light and also the fact you can turn off the round circle of light on the mirror by touching and holding.

Nice but dim
Lovely looking mirror that’s easy to install but the light doesn’t give anywhere enough light for a bathroom mirror. It’s just not bright enough to do makeup or for shaving. Disappointed with that.

Purchased two Cabinets
We purchased two bathroom cabinets from Pebble Grey. The first arrived in excellent condition with secure packaging. The second unit had minor damage on delivery; however, it was replaced promptly and without issue within a matter of days.
This level of service is particularly reassuring, as a company’s true attitude to quality is often reflected in how effectively it responds when issues arise. In this case, the response was super efficient.
Now installed in our newly refurbished bathrooms, the cabinets look outstanding. The build quality, design, and integrated lighting are all of a very high standard. It is also evident that consideration has been given to long-term maintenance, with components—including the electrics—being easily accessible.
We conducted extensive research prior to purchase, and these cabinets were by far the best option we identified.
The contractor responsible for our bathroom installation was sufficiently impressed to request Pebble Grey’s contact details, with a view to recommending them to future clients

Lovely LED pill-shaped mirror
Ordering was easy delivery fast. I love the product, it looks great in my new bathroom.
My only bugbear is the mirror is attached at the top only, so when I clean it I have to be careful as it moves pretty easily. I'm considering some kind of adhesive tape to fix it at the bottom too. But overall, I love it. It was a good price point and as I say, looks great. It's easy to operate and I would definitely purchase again from Pebble Gray.

Good morning,
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear that you found the ordering process easy, delivery fast, and that you love how the cabinet looks in your new bathroom. It's great to know you found it easy to operate and good value too.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the mirror movement when cleaning. Your suggestion about using adhesive pads at the bottom is helpful, and we will also pass this feedback on to our product team for consideration.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Pebble Grey — we’d be delighted to serve you again in the future.

A cut above
I needed a new, illuminated, bathroom cabinet to replace the existing one (which failed due to a design fault). The cabinets on the Pebble Grey website proved to be a cut above that. Now installed, the one I bought, is well designed and fits in with the bathroom decor. I'm very pleased with it.
