Item was exactly as advertised. Packaging was well done and arrived in a a reasonable amount of time.

It took so long about the order to receive it!

Bogus. It never arrived! Tracking information is freaking too long. Not sure where its coming from.

The product never arrived. The tracking seems to be bogus. No contact info.

It is very hard to get the roller ball to work smoothly and disperse the oil. I have been working at it for over five minutes and still not getting much of anything and I have tries using my fingers and rolling on arms and such to get it to work -
also the stone roller seems white and almost plastic feeling and look - is not pink as stated it should be :((

They have been working very hard to keep me updated on my package progress daily. Today I asked if they would have any kind of idea when I might see my package. They gave me the very best possible answer they could according to every bit of information they had from shipment including the information I had received from shipping company. It had been 10 days since I ordered getting pretty anxious about waiting to much longer. They came back with the information that it was taking a long time getting through customs in Italy and it was out of their hands nothing they could do, but they would keep watching and updating.
Well I tracked it with a different company and it said it was in my state going to be delivered the next day. A long ways from Italy!
Have not had a chance to use product yet. But, I am looking forward to seeing what it has to offer, and hopefully it will be like the commercial says.They’ve been diligently providing me with daily updates on my package’s progress. Today, I inquired about an estimated delivery date. They offered the most accurate information they could, based on all the available data from the shipment, including the information I had received from the shipping company. It had been 10 days since my order, and I was growing increasingly anxious about the prospect of waiting much longer. They informed me that customs clearance in Italy was taking longer than anticipated and that they had no control over the situation. However, they assured me that they would continue to monitor the package and provide updates.

Interestingly, I tracked the package with a different company, and it indicated that it was in my state and scheduled for delivery the next day. This was quite a surprise, as it was far from Italy!

I haven’t had the opportunity to use the product yet, but I’m eagerly anticipating its arrival and hoping it lives up to the promises made in the commercial.

I was excited to get my bottle of Organic Castor Oil. After unscrewing the golden top, I have been unable to have the clear top roll and get the liquid to come out and be applied to me . Very frustrating. Help!

I'm not sure the roller is really rose quartz. Honestly, it looks plastic but I could be wrong. I had a hard time getting the roller to roll consistently with oil on it.

Disappointed the roller was made out of plastic and not rose quartz as advertised. Also, the roller doesn't work well for applying the oil, it doesn't get enough oil on it, had to remove the roller top and pour it out to get a decent amount of oil.

It took approximately 3 -4 weeks for delivery. Ordered 4/16/26 arrived 05/09/2026

The only problem is that the spray mechanism doesn't work. I have to pour the product onto the wood and wipe it from there. Otherwise, it works great.
