Upon inquiring of some items that I was seeking to purchase I emailed Pendle. The return message (reply) to me was in a most timely manner by Sean. As well, the second email was answered by sEan - PSR. Excellent communication by Pendle in assisting me with some technical information. In this respect, I placed an order through their website which is very easy to maneuver through. Their website is well structured providing currency rates in GBP, USD, EUR, AND AUD conversions. This is a very welcome feature. Their policies are clearly explained and are in line or better than most retailers. Their shipping time to the United States is fairly fast, seven days to my state. That amount of time is most reasonable. In the interim, Pendle constantly informs the buyer through email which is constantly updated in the progress of the arrival date. Upon receiving the item, the car was well packed, arrived in brand new condition as specified on their website, and is exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend Pendle for all seeking easy access to purchase without any worries. We would consider Pendle to be of concierge service.

I have been using this company for 30 years and never had an order delivered late or damaged. On one occasion the wrong guide was included in a kit and a replacement sent out the same day I notified them. The website is without doubt the most user friendly slot car website out there. Easy to find the item you want, and crucially, easy to browse to find the things you didn't even know you needed. Whenever you meet the team they are happy to help and the displays they put on inspire the worst of us kit bashers to have a go at making some of the amazing range of kits they produce. The Pendle scratch parts, chassis, wheel kits etc have made the hobby more accessible to the average modeler. Yip. I think they're brilliant.

Pendle has been supplying me in australia for many years and i was a totally happy customer but recently something is going wrong. it is to do with thier delayed shipping which groups orders together to save on freight. problem now is i can not get the orders i have paid for sent to me promptly. some orders date to march. they are not returning my emails. i do not know what the problem is. i hope they fix it. poyna

After some discussions with the companies team I got my long missed Penelope Pitlane kit. It would have been sad to cannot
order because of possible troubles. They still have the best range of slotcar equipment in Europe.
Only four stars because the communication was not really satisfactory until they found a solution.
