Peninsula Villas Bodrum Reviews 

As the owner of a rental villa in Yalikavak/Bodrum for the past 7 years, I have been very satisfied with PVB as my exclusive rental agent over this period and was quite surprised to see an odd 1* review, contrasting strongly with PVB's 100+ 5* reviews. Annie and Ian of PVB are passionate about providing a top-quality service to both rental guests and owners, and they have demonstrated rental after rental that they have the work ethic, the sense for detail, and the professional experience to deliver it consistently. I have had several dozen very satisfied rental guests with PVB, including a number of repeat guests, and have seen firsthand the firm's ability to handle even delicate situations such as furniture damage by guests fairly, courteously and effectively. I have learned to trust PVB as I know both my house and guests will be in good hands and will benefit from their full attention (they are responsive almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and highly competent service. I therefore give PVB without hesitation a well-deserved 5* rating.

It all looked great on paper but was not as good.We stayed at Belle Vue and the house itself and the views were great. However, wi fi, although advertised as available, in reality was not available most of the time. When it worked it was only from one spot with one bar. It also was not actually our own wi fi but we were asked to use another villa's wifi which explains why it was very weak and mostly unavailable. ON arrival although we were offered a pick up, we were asked to make our own way with two tired children in tow and had to insist being picked up.That was not a great start as it was offered and agreed. There was a lot more admin and email traffic regarding one two weeks rental. We rent a villa in Bodrum every summer, ever other property we rented over the years did not demand as much time on the admin and was easy and quick. With some reason this one certainly was not. We were given an explanation about the regulations changing but we know they have not changed from the previous time.For all that extra hustle the price was much higher than the others we rented as well. We tried to forget all these to have a good time but we will certainly not be renting again through Peninsula Villas.

Our recent stay at Villa Mied, Gumuskaya, Yalikavak, was incredible.
The location was stunning with sea views and wonderful sunsets. The villa itself was beautifully designed, and the private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxation and talking in some rays.
The amenities were superb, home from home, making it an ideal choice for an amazing and memorable stay

Our brief for a private and quiet villa was fully appreciated and fulfilled. The booking process and the paperwork that followed all arrived in a timely and efficient way and we felt looked after and valued. Thank you.

Beautiful villa in a great location, with nice view and excellent central A/C. Modern and clean with a nice kitchen, great garden and a nice little pool. We were a group of guys and it was a great party villa. But could work equally well for 3-4 families due to the relatively isolated bedrooms with numerous bathrooms (most en-suite).

Finally, and perhaps equally importantly, Annie and Marion made the whole booking, arriving, departing process super easy and enjoyable!

I would highly recommend and I will be coming back at the first opportunity!

We loved the villa location- great view and away from others but not isolated. The pool was lovely and the garden perfect for sitting in or playing with children. Plenty of shade. 10 min walk to town and beaches- but quite steep.
The large kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms fine- maybe a fan would be good as we don’t all want air con running all night.
Only thing needed was a parasol over the outdoor eating area, as it was too hot to eat there in the sun. And clear instruction about recycling! Otherwise we loved it.

The villa was wonderful, starting from the view , clean , organized , quite, and luxury.
We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely recommend it to our families & friends.
The manager of the villa was very helpful .
The qrrangment from miss.Annie was great and well organized.

A return trip to this superb villa in an excellent location. Annie was fabulous at organising everything for us. James is a great host. We will be back!

This is our third time staying at Kismet Villa, Yalikavak and booking through Peninsula Villas.

The booking process was smooth and easy and we, once again, had a fantastic time at Kismet. The villa continues to be kept at a high standard, with all the amenities you could need to make it feel like a home from home. Sara, who locally looks after the villa was, as always, helpful, friendly and on hand when we need her.

The villa is in a great location, walking distance to the marina, the ‘old town’ a supermarket and lots of fantastic restaurants.

Highly recommend.

We stayed at Aegean 220 for 2 weeks in August 2023. The view from the villa is stunning. The pool is well maintained and good size. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen has all you need although an ice maker and a nespresso machine would be a good addition. Geris public beach is 10 min walk through the villas so better to avoid the main road. The Food is clean and fresh at the cafe there but there is no sun beds to rent. there are parasols and shade from the trees. Going up to the villa requires some stamina but even my 80 years old parents managed to get there so it is doable.
If you don’t rent a car, taxis are extremely difficult to get from 2/3 pm. We used Hanifi ( +905323137089) looks after the pool and the garden,
as taxi service which worked out very well.
gumusluk beach (15 min away) was not great when we went there. There were no showers available so we ended up having lunch and came back to the villa.
To treat ourselves, we used the beach at Avantgarde Hotel where we stayed in previous years. They charge an entry fee for you to spend on food and drinks during your stay. The beach is small and very clean- and quiet. Their breakfast is amazing. If you have lunch, turkish pizza and lahmacun, plus burgers are very tasty. They also have 5pm tea time serving yummy pastries.
MacroCentre supermarket has everything you need- they also have online service.
We liked the restaurants Limon and Memedof. Both have delicious fish and mezes. I highly recommend Sehmuz Midye in Gundogan (they also have fish) if you like to try some Turkish delicacies.

the villa was so good and it has a really amazing view and a very strategic location it’s close to the marina yalikavak and it’s exactly next to galliard the Cove the owners are so nice and easy to connect with them, i had a nice visit and time in the villa 🙏🏻🤍

A villa rental company based in the UK that provides a high level of service and a range of villas that meets expectations. Photos and descriptions on website are accurate. Pricing is fair. But most of all, the personal service and help with logistics for booking, transfers and in / out is superb. We felt well-advised and well looked after. Happy to iron out any issue quickly and fairly. Annie and her team know the villas and can give good advice about which is best - we valued that.

This is our second time stay in peninsula villas in bodrum… and it won’t be the last … annie is very professional and she give us full information and details about our villa … her villas located in amazing locations the prices are reasonable carley is very helpful and kind ….we stayed in trinity villa in yalikavak , location is perfect not far away from the marina , the villa is clean and spacious the view is amazing….

We planned a couple of holiday stays with Peninsula Villas Bodrum and are extremely pleased with the attention, service & value they provide. The recent stay my family had at "Sea Breeze" is exactly how it was described by Annie and Ian. The pictures on the website were spot on, the accommodations was top-notch, with updated furnishings and appliances - the interior design was exceptional & room layout/closet space was useful. The gated community and private beach access and community pool was clean and quiet. We had an amazing on-site property manager (Marion) who communicated clearly, was very helpful, professional, courteous and always reachable. We will continue to rely on Peninsula Villas Bodrum for our next visit.

We had a lovely holiday, the booking & information was easy & clear from Peninsula Villas. They very kindly advised of some nearby building work which dint spoil our holiday. Sara who met us & looked after us while we were there was extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

I have been renting villas in Bodrum through Annie since 2018 and my experience with her has always been positive. She is always helpful and reachable and knows exactly what type of villa we need and understands our requirements. Our villa stay this year has been great as we were returning guests to the villa. The location and facilities in the villa were perfect. Looking forward to more stays with Annie and her team.

Zeytin villa is amazing in a great location with spectacular views across Gundogan. Peninsula Villas were great, Annie offered options and advice for all of our needs. We were met by Alan who showed us around the villa and recommended some lovely restaurants, he even arranged an all day boat charter for us. Gundogan, with numerous restaurants and shops is only a 10 minutes walk away and Yalikavak is about 15 minutes by taxi. I highly recommend Zeytin villa and Peninsula Villas
