I purchased 2 corsets back in october. They came in and looked great but ripped the second I put them on. I sent photos of where the rips were with the tags still on - literally hadn't been worn and unfortunately, although they looked high quality, they just weren't. I reached out and because i waited too long to try them on, I couldn't return them so initially, they offered me store credit. Long story short, they take so long to respond that the tickets get closed out and then when I reach out again, it goes to a new agent who gives me the same macro email that i've received 3 times already. nobody is reading what i'm saying, nobody is escalating the issue to someone who can actually help, and nobody is offering anything other than store credit. Why would I want store credit when 2 out of 2 items that I purchased from them fell apart (1 of which was for my wedding)? It's been 10 days since their last response and i've emailed them twice because they're literally ghosting me at this point. All I want is a refund on the two items that I literally can't wear. I would never purchase from them again and would never recommend entertaining the idea.

I would not recommend ordering from here. I measured myself carefully against their size chart, yet the corset I received did not fit at all.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful. They refuse to offer free exchanges even for sizing/quality issues; you either have to pay for shipping yourself, or they simply suggest you buy a second one. Also, be aware that shipping takes 14+ days, so it’s not an option if you need it for a specific date.

I never received the corset and they told me that I need to be dealing with the carrier and the carrier cannot provide any picture proof that they delivered it. So they just kept $100 and never gave me my corset.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered their products but never actually ship it until I emailed them to inquire. I waited 3 weeks and never saw an update and finally emailed customer service and they said my items were out of stock so it hasn’t processed and I can either switch to an in stock item or wait. My order had 6 items, I had to email them to ask which items were out of stock or if they were all out of stock. Either way, with how long it’s taken, I no longer needed the items since I ordered them for a holiday party and kindly requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They then went and completely ignored my request and pushed through the items that were in stock (without ever replying to me what items were in or out of stock from my order) and processed them for shipment therefore not allowing me to cancel my order any longer. They then said I could return once I received the items and now they want me to pay the return shipping fees. They answer middle of the night as I’m sure they’re overseas. They don’t respond to your actual questions and ignore your requests. My full order still has yet to ship and they refuse to refund me my money on the items that haven’t shipped yet. They just ignore my request in EVERY single email regarding cancelling those items and refunding me. I have 14 emails back and forth with them since 12/14/25 and still ongoing. They just want to keep your money. The items I did receive aren’t even accurate sizing based on their website measurements. Everything is way too small. Such a disappointment as the pictures are gorgeous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Customer service email doesn’t work, you never receive a reply. I wanted to return my corset as the quality was so bad. However, I have never had a reply from the customer service team.

My package took almost two months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. At no point was I contacted by email, and I was never informed of any delay, issue, or update regarding my order.

I sent several emails to customer service and received no response whatsoever. The only way I managed to get any kind of reply was by reaching out to the brand directly on Instagram, which is not normal or professional for order-related issues. Even then, the responses were vague and avoided providing real solutions.

This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had in a very, very long time. The lack of communication, transparency, and respect for customers is unacceptable.

I will be sharing my full experience in more detail on TikTok so other customers are fully aware of what they might face when ordering from this brand.

I do not recommend ordering from them.

I only got the promo for 125 but my other corset never arrived. And customer service is useless. Very upset of losing $153

I’m being asked to write a review by the site when none of my stuff I ordered two months ago has arrived and half actually hasn’t even sent. My emails asking for an update have also been ignored. Usually companies would at the very least answer and offer a discount. Don’t order here.

Sono dei truffatori, i materiali sono pessimi e anche la vestibilita', chiedo di fare il reso con rimborso, mi rispondono dalla Cina dicendo di mandare il reso a un indirizzo cinese dicendomi di pagare non solo la spedizione ma anche la dogana, insomma praticamente il costo dell'acquisto, chiedo rimborso a PayPal e mi riscrivono di rimandare i pezzi dichiarando in dogana che la merce costa meno di 5 euro!!! Sono dei criminali, andrò per vie legali e sicuramente denuncia alla polizia postale. NON COMPRATE I LORO PRODOTTI

Order is late and the customer service is not replying

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. My card was charged immediately, yet there is no product and no delivery date.

I was initially told the delay was due to “customs procedures.” However, the tracking number clearly states “Awaiting Item,” which means the package was never shipped in the first place.

I was later told directly that they do not have inventory and that my order is not yet scheduled for delivery—and yet they continue to accept new orders and take people’s money.

I've been asking for a refund and they won't.
This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Taking payments without having inventory or a fulfillment plan is misleading at best.

I am disgusted and would strongly advise others to stay away.

Die Ware kommt direkt aus China, die Qualität ist leider nicht gut.

GOT CHARGED, NEVER GOT MY CORSET. THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE INVENTORY AND THAT NO ORDER IS SET YET FOR DELIVERY. THEY KEEP TAKING ORDERS. I AM DISGUSTED

Purchased accidentally (the wrong size), emailed immediately saying I want to cancel the order. No reply. Emailed again to cancel it. 3 days later the order was shipped. Emailed again to cancel. Still not one reply. Terrible customer service and will obviously be returning it asap.

Edit: they refused to give me a refund multiple times offering 5% discount etc. They finally said they'd give a refund but refused to pay for return shipping which cost $26 claiming it wasn't their mistake they didn't cancel the order. Took an insane amount of arguing just to get that. Angry, very out of pocket and will never touch this scam site again.

Shipping took three weeks, and the corset arrived too late for what I had planned. I contacted customer service to request a return and they initially responded, but communication stopped after I asked for the return address. I followed up and received no response.
It has now been over a week and I still have no way to return the item. Slow shipping, poor communication, and an unresolved return process made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

Anfang 2025 hatte ich dort bestellt, teilweise verschiedene Größen da ich sicherstellen wollte dass vielleicht etwas passt. Habe die Sachen anprobiert und leider alles im Wert von ca. 200€ zurück schicken wollen.
Da kamen schon die ersten Schwierigkeiten.. Lager ist in der USA und gerade nicht verfügbar, bitte schicken sie das Paket nach China (natürlich auf eigene Kosten ca. 60€) gesagt getan und bis jetzt, 9-10 Monate später, warte ich immer noch auf mein Geld!! Habe mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen, versucht über Paypal einen Fall zu eröffnen, alles ohne Erfolg..

I purchased a corset and skirt for my daughter for her year 12 formal. When they advised it may not arrive in time, I requested in writing 4 times to cancel the order. They acknowledged my requests, however still proceeded to post the items which arrived the day of her formal (which was of no use). I have been emailing them requesting return procedures - again they have acknowledged my request, however have still not advised me how I do this! I would not recommend this company!

Item is not as shown in add. Material doesn’t match, sizing is not accurate. Extremely poor quality!! Would never recommend!
