The man I spoke to was very helpful sorted the situation quickly and was very friendly

I needed to have a second call to Perfect pets regarding a disagreement with the vet hospital over payment. Oliver was 10 out of 10 during this call. He was aware of the original call so it made it much easier to discuss the problem I was having. He quickly put my mind at ease and said everything that I had said to the vets was correct. He was not only professional on the call, he was polite and pleasant in tone and manners. These are the type of people who should be working on these calls. He was great 😃

James was extremely friendly, patient and efficient. He solved my query within minutes and didn’t even need to sit on hold either before or during our call, very impressed! 10/10 customer service. Also the best price around for the level of cover. Highly recommended.

The staff member i spoke to was lovely and helpful and i feel for her being stuck in these situations but its appalling.
From a £422, we are being made to pay £307 of the bill. Customers of 9 years, not one claim in the last 7 years not ever missed a monthly payment. Dog got a grass seed stuck in his ear, a very common and simple illness -insurance will not cover most of it. We then had to pay basically two excesses because the dog was unwell over the renewal date, so had to pay last years premium and this years. Absolute joke. Nothing like looking after loyal customers! Feels completely ridiculous having pet insurance.
