Fast, easy and affordable!

First of all, when I called the rep said you didn't take orders over the phone, but she could help navigate me on line. So, I pulled up the item I wanted and asked her assistance as I went through the process of ordering the item. As we were going through the order process, of course I had questions for ex. About the engraving, size of the letters, could I have an extra line, etc. She was very rude and impatient the entire time and it was very noisy in the background, frequently, I had to asked if she was still there, because as I was asking questions she was not responding to me🤔. Then, something went wrong and the order was lost. Had to start over and she was less helpful than before, I guess she was getting impatient with me. Horrible experience, the amount of time it took to order on-line with this person, would have lessened if I could have just ordered via a phone call. Then, when I received the item I was very disappointed!!!! You could hardly see the engraving, the base of the item was silver so the engraving should have been etched in black not all silver. When I called Customer service, they said there was nothing they could do, that's the way they engrave!! Years ago, I ordered many things from personal creations, using the catalog and ordered via the phone and never had problems with the merchandise or rep. From my experience this time I would not order anything again from you and would caution others about ordering items that had to be engraved. Why ask for feedback, if you are not going to use your customers feedback. You should go back to letting customers order via phone!!!!!!! Very unhappy I have to give this gift the way it looks, especially since it is a Holy Communion Gift😥😥😥😥

Bought the beach towel and drawstring bag for my granddaughter for her birthday. It was very good quality. My son and daughter in law liked it very much.

I ordered a personalized blanket. When it arrived the names were going off the edge and there was some color bleeding. Definitely did not go thru quality control. I called the company and they offered to reprint or refund. Had it reprinted and turned out beautiful. Very happy in the end.

Everything was as ordered. Quick delivery. Will definitely order from them again.

The letters was not straight, I thought it would be engraved, but yall just stuck letters on it. I could have done better, and saved 22 dollars.

I ordered a beach towel for my granddaughter. The towel came stamped on one side and the other side was just plain white. I think you could have made the blank side at least the same color as the towel. It made it look kinda cheap.

I liked the front of the beach towel but the back side is all white. I thought it would be the same as the front. Also the towel was thin.
