I ordered a personalised mirror on the 9th January, normally I check the reviews independently of the website but unfortunately I didn't do this. This is a scam website, I have sent numerous emails but I have heard nothing back. After looking on Facebook, and on Trust Pilots bad reviews. I have checked on Companies House the company has gone into liquidation but it seems they are still active and receiving orders. The search engines should do more to protect their customers from scam companies who take customers money, despite the reviews, and facebook comments, they have done nothing. It is disgusting that they can can continue to trade and rip off people. Wouldn't give them any stars. Please do not order from them.

I wouldn't give it a 1 star the thieving scumbags have stolen thousands of people's money off me and other people. I ordered in October and still nothing. Don't reply and if you leave anything negative on Facebook they block you. Reported to trading standards, fraud squad and press.

Just another victim of a scandalous company. Placed an order in Oct 24, went into production Nov 4th and to date... nothing!!! No responses to my emails, messages, no new updates on their Facebook page, ghosted! Happily took my £50 and ran. DO NOT pay into this scam, they need to be stopped. I have reported them in the hope they will be, do not allow them to make you their next victim with their fake website and reviews! AVOID!!

Shocking I ordered in October still waiting ! They did contact me in January and said it would be sent out but surprisingly still nothing. I have now asked for a refund but still waiting !! Do not use this site

I'm sorry I didn't read these reviews before I ordered Christmas present for my grandson, at end of October. It has never arrived & my emails are going unanswered, requesting a refund. I also got same story about death in the family, holding production up.Stay away from this company.

Never answer emails owe a lot of money as they didn’t deliver before Xmas and now ignoring emails, do not buy from this company they did try to do some selling a couple of weeks ago now nobody can get any answers

I ordered a light from this company 3 months ago and still haven't received it and still waiting on my refund after chasing at least 5 times, avoid if you can, totally unprofessional

I ordered 2 mirrors for Christmas presents on 15th October and the delivery was stated to be about 4 weeks. When nothing has progressed with my order by 28th November I sent an email enquiring about my order. I received an automated reply that gave me no information. On 4th December I received an Evri tracking number so I thought everything was ok but little did I know!!! Over the next 2 weeks I sent several emails as the tracking was still showing that Evri was expecting the parcel. Every time I emailed I received an automated reply then on 18th December I received an email from them asking if everything was ok with my order even though the tracking status hadn’t changed. I replied to this email and guess what…..I received another automated reply. Tried to email again a couple more times before Christmas but received nothing but automated replies. As their website said they were now closed till the new year I waited and emailed again in January. Eventually on 9th January I received an email from them asking for my order number (it was clearly shown on my email) and asking did I want them to make my order or a refund. I replied immediately asking for a refund. On 14th January they emailed stating they would be issuing a refund. Despite chasing this a couple of times I didn’t receive my refund. I ended up having to raise a dispute and claim through Paypal and as PGS didn’t respond to the claim Paypal issued my refund.
This company has total disrespect for it’s customers and they can’t even be bothered to read their emails and I am convinced that without PayPal’s intervention I wouldn’t have received a refund even though the company acknowledged that they hadn’t supplied the goods I ordered. I also commented on a facebook post that another disgruntled customer with the same problem had posted. When I checked a few days later PGS had removed the post and my comments. They claim to have 5 star reviews on their website which are clearly all fake!

I ordered back in October and still not received my order. I have just read today that this company has gone into liquidation. They must of known their situation when they were taking everyones orders for christmas. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered in oct'24 for dec'24... never arrived, updates kept say being made. Sent over 10 emails asking for a refund.. automated replies. Was told via email a refund would be given, now in February still no refund. Appalling service. Thieves!!! Do not use !!!

SCAM would of giving a MINUS10 STARS but had to put 1 to write a review ***! I orders a shirt mirror in October never received it told it was dispatched and sent a fake tracking number emailed them got some guff about machines braking down and his dad had died would email in January after Christmas break well hope they enjoyed Christmas AND got all there gifts because my grandson didn't get one of his DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

I am still waiting for an order I placed as a Christmas present at the end of October 24. No answers to my emails I have sent. The order should have been sent out in 5-7days . Disgusting service.

never received item , no reply to 4 emails . had to go though bank to get money back

I ordered two mirrors for my grandson’s one turned up the other they said had got lost , that was two months ago, I’ve emailed these people about thirty times and all I get is the same reply , what a disgraceful way to treat people , avoid this company

This is just a scam company . They have no intention of supply the goods ordered or refunding when the goods fail to materialise. Ordered football shirt mirror in Oct never arrived. Had an email just before Christmas saying they would organise refund once they were back after the new year. Chased them in January and was told the refund has been authorised but to date not received. I will be calling in the shop later this week . Appalling company . Not to be used under any circumstances.

Ordered a personalised mirror on 9/1/25 for my granddaughters 13 birthday as yet I am still waiting for the item I ordered I have contacted them numerous times they have not contacted me back i have asked for a full refund including p&p and not received that either

Do not use this company. I am another dissatisfied customer. Same story as others on here. Order placed Oct 24. Now Feb 25. No replies to emails. Still no order.

Avoid! I placed an order in October, x2 Christmas gifts. Lead time was 6 weeks which was fine, but order never arrived. I could see from other peoples comments on the PGS Facebook page that many other people had the same issue (payment taken but no items received), but these comments were being deleted! After several attempts to contact the seller, I finally got a response saying I would get a refund, but I never did. They claim to have 5 star reviews, clearly all fake!
