Good Product, Strange Service
Delivery service is confusing. Thought I’d paid extra to get it quicker. I had paid an £1 but not sure what for. When I sent a message to query slow receipt the person who responded decided to give me a load of unsolicited advice about not taking my puppy out until she was fully vaccinated - my puppy is 6 months, been with me since 8 weeks and has been fully vaccinated for several months. I’m not a new dog owner. Not fussed on being treated like I don’t know what I’m doing.

We provided free shipping and you paid £0.99 for shipping protection. This means that if Royal Mail fail to deliver within 5 days we will send the order again. Apologies for the 'advice' - it was given in the context that you said you had just received your puppy and needed the tag immediately. We do offer other postage services at cost price which tend to arrive more quickly.
Damaged in less than a week
I purchased this as it was supposed to be coated in resin to prevent scratches. The side with the company logo is resin coated, but the other side with the personal information, is not, and has scratched within only a few days. The writing has faded also :(

**amending my review to say I'm even less happy now, following contact from the company. I showed them pictures of the tag, they admitted it had faded quickly and then no further communication from them, so no resolution met. I just want the tag I paid for, in good condition.**
Edited again following feedback. The email i received stated "it had faded much faster than we would expect". when I asked about a resolution, I was ignored.

We checked the picture you sent and although you have said there was 'no further communication', we replied to you within an hour. The tag had not faded and we did not 'admit it had faded'. It appears to have been scratched after it was received. We do not send tags if they are scratched or faulty in any way and we're not able to control the treatment of the tag once it is delivered.

Okay but QR registering is annoying
Tag is good but it’s a whole thing registering with the QR code. I gave up in the end as I kept losing the info
