Today's agent Rosalyn x6299 was much better than the one I spoke to earlier in the week. She listened to my questions and easily answered them. I didn't feel like I was wasting her time.

So efficient and helpful to get great coverage for my pet.

I wish I got her name yesterday but I spoke to this lovely lady about adding my new dog to my current pet insurance policy. She was so helpful and explained everything so well. It was really such an easy process and stress free experience

Easy to apply! This is my 4th pet that I've used Nationwide pet insurance for & have always been very satisfied with the coverage & pricing! My family & I love Nationwide & wouldn't use any other provider! Easy claims through the app & the check gets sent in the mail in about a week!

Super quick response in telling me whether I was approved or not. Respectful in their emails and a good plan if you are wanting something low cost but want to have a plan for your pet.

Kim was AMAZING! Very thorough and detailed. She knew the answers to all my questions, and made sure I understood before we moved on to the next topic.
Plus, it was an absolute joy to work with her. She's sweet and funny, and obviously loves animals and her job.
