This company has completely disappeared with over a hundred pounds of my money!!!
The website has vanished, the phone line is dead, they don’t respond to emails and I haven’t received my order!!

They are also knowingly posting false advertising posts on their Facebook account to try to mislead customers that they are still trading and everything is ok!! They have been reported for this as it is false advertising and against the law!! Especially if they have gone bust!!

My bank immediately started a chargeback yesterday morning to recover my money and have sent it over to their fraud team to investigate!!
Im glad because this company needs investigating for how they have behaved, they should at least have the decency to inform their customers and return the money you took from us knowing what was going to happen!!!!

My advice to anybody who has placed an order with Pet Planet is do not wait, contact your bank immediately and start recovering your money, do not be fooled by the Facebook and instagram posts, this is a stalling tactic to hold you off recovering and they have been reported for it to the relevant authorities!!

Unable to contact PetPlanet for the last 5 days. Website is down and telephone number doesn't connect. I suspect they have gone out of business.

Has this company gone bust? I can't access their website and the phone number given does not connect??

Have used Petplanet for some time now. Always a good range and good prices with quick delivery. Only ever had 1 issue with a delivery and the customer service received was absolutely outstanding.

I will continue to use and would highly recommend.

Have always received excellent service from Petplanet, and am happy to say that this time was no exception. My parcel was dispatched quickly, safely packed and arrived before expected delivery date.

Would have no hesitation purchasing from Petplanet again or recommending them

If you try to save and buy on line ...make sure they don't use evri or hermes carriers... 2or 3 days is not exist delivery ,take longer than a week so I have to spend another money to make sure I can feed my dog. How you can used that bad service if they don't deliver on regular basis parcels on time .... whatever seller promised should be expected to make happen... same regular problem never on time.

Terrible company. I thought I'd save myself time by ordering some bits I needed, I received an email asking if I understand the products I was buying and the amount. I confirmed I did, they also phoned me twice. After a week with no delivery or communication I messaged again and was told they had cancelled my order while indicating the reason why was because I didn't understand what I had bought or how to use it (worming treatment) I don't appreciate being called stupid especially when I've been a pet owner for the last 30 years. Will never use again or recommend. Savr yourself the trouble and go to pets at home which, incidentally, was cheaper than pet planet for the exact same products and the staff didn't make me feel like a criminal for wanting to worm my pets.

Had a delivery problem with my order. Pet Planet responded very quickly and were very helpful and professional. Problem resolved in less than 24 hours. Excellent service.

Pet planet processed my order quickly and it was received within the time that they stated unlike the previous company that I had ordered from. The products arrived in perfect condition. The cat litter I use isn't available in normal stores and is reasonably priced in comparison to others.

Great quality items with efficient swift delivery

Been useing petplant for a number of years now. They are the cheapest i have found for the supplements for my shih tzu. Vets charged double for the same product.

Don’t use them if you want your goods delivered on time particularly if you use the subscription service. Not once have they been delivered on time or before my pets food has run out! Whole point of this service is so that I don’t have to go to the shops to buy. They use EVRI who are absolutely rubbish! Never deliver when they should or cancel and turn up when it suits them! When contacting Customer Service their approach was ‘well it’s down to the courier’…..well why don’t you use a different more reliable courier!! That did it for me, cancelled my subscription and closed my account. Will go back to Pets at Home.

Great website to get all the products your pets need at a great price

Ordered something on a Friday which I then needed to cancel the next day Saturday as my girl died. It was a bank holiday weekend. Their website contact form didn't work multiple times. Emails were returned.

Contacted them by phone on the first working day and they said they would call me back. They didn't.

No way to return anything and the customer service was appalling.

Don't buy from them unless you're totally sure you don't need to return anything.

I have recently started using Ramsay senior dog food for my two bull terriers due to our regular brand being discontinued. Fortunately I had a third of bag of original dog food left and so able to gradually introduce Ramsay food . We haven’t had any problems with bowels or sickness and the dogs seem to love it

PetPlanet have offered amazing customer service. I was bulk buying Orijen dog food on subscription, which reduced the price. This was great but one month they also sent a 2kg bag of Fergusson food for free with a note saying that it is cheaper but pretty much the same as Orijen. I have now switched foods and am saving £20 a month. I have bought other treats and dog items from them and have had great experiences each time.
