I ordered my food online at 3:45pm and was informed of an estimated time of 10 min. I arrived at the restaurant and the dining room was next to empty. There were approximately 3-4 people waiting for their order. I looked over and there was a manager by the name of STEPHANIE lolly gagging by the bar. Now it's 4:30 pm, I go to the bar and order some lettuce wraps and a drink. My lettuce wraps comes out within a few minutes. I find out my order has been sitting there for approximately 20 min when I asked about my order, the young lady tells me it's not ready after looking at the same bag my order was in. This just made me more frustrated. I could have paid for my order and left but instead I was spending more money. The only thing STEPHANIE had to say was well I'm busy too, but she wasn't and that she was training bartenders whose been here but wasn't. She's a lazy manager who should have been concerned about the people piling up in the waiting room instead of doing nothing. She said she was at the front of the house, but no one was dining in. STEPHANIE sucks and I will not be back when she's here.

That was the worst meal I have ever had at P.F. Chang’s. The lettuce wraps have changed the way they fix them and they go. Beef is very tough had no juice in it. It was dry. the pork. Eggrolls were delicious. The service is the worst I have ever seen and I will never go back to P.F. Chang’s and we have been supporting them for 20 years. This is at the colony at Grandscape.. We were sitting at the bar for over 15 minutes before anybody tried to.. help this young lady for help while she was visiting with customers that she had already served them drinks and was talking for about 10 minutes, and I finally got her attention. When I did, she came over and she was so rude to us. It wasn’t even funny.. My suggestion is P.F. Chang’s has seen its day!

Usually I don’t like to say bad things but we were really upset. Because it happened to us 3rd. time not eating anything and walked out in last 3 years. Yesterday we were at West Chester P. F. Chang place. The waiter’s were not paying attention for almost 25 minutes after sitting. I really think it’s best we should not go this place because no one is paying attention and care enough for the customers. I guess
The place was not that busy also. Previous days June 15th. 2024 and in November 3rd 2023. Just wanted to let you know.

Lisa was an excellent server and had great service it was a nice experience, definitely going to go back

Food was ok. very overpriced for what it was. Gabriel took our order and asked if we wanted white rice brown rice noodles or fried rice. We picked fried rice and noodles. Was not explained that there was a 5.50 upcharge if you ordered those two things. We were led to believe it came with it. Then she brought a desert menu in the middle of our dinner and asked if we knew what we wanted for desert. Seriously? Like pushing us out the door. And then she charged my card wrong because she switched the bills. Proceeded to take someone else's order and delivered another order while I was waiting for her to fix HER mistake. NEVER AGAIN! not worth the money for the food or experience. HIRE SOME COMPETANT PEOPLE

When this chain came out, we were so excited, and we were extremely pleased with the food at P.F. Chang’s, however, over the last 5-7 years, we have noticed the quality of their food has gone way down, as well as portions, condiments, and even service from the waiters

It’s sad because the potential is still there but corporate GREED is winning and the patrons are losing,

we won’t be going back to P.F. Chang’s for a very long time if ever

Delivery was slow. What happened to tipping after the service instead of before?

Our family has a tradition of eating at PF Changs for New Year’s Eve. Our waiter John Michael was a great host! He was attentive and gave us great service. We highly recommend him as a server. We loved our experience. Thank you so much! Happy New Year! 2025!!

Our experience once we got seated was our server. We’re in Henderson Nevada and our server was Chandler. He was fantastic! My iced tea was never empty and the food was fast to the table!!! Well go back for sure!!

Horrible to go service! Filthy Kitchen. Terrible Staff. They are standing around the kitchen on their cell phones.

I have been enjoying dinners at PF Chang for over 20 years. From California Tulsa Kansas city to Roger’s Arkansas. Rogers was good up until 2 years ago. Not sure what happened, but the veggies old tasting tofu were not cooked it was like small pieces of round fat. and old tasting. The honey shrimp is never the same. Not crispy taste old fishy very disappointing. Spring rolls were mushy. The veggie fried rice all of a sudden is now SPICY with some kind of new salt. The Manager told me. I have tried it again like the manger ask me to. What a mistake. It’s not Cheap. Have to say the California Roll is good and the Crispy green beans good. The lettuce Wraps were awful also. The lettuce this time was the end of a bitter tasting piece. No crunchy in the mixture was gooey. I’m so disappointed in this PF Chang. Something has changed in this restaurant. In Roger’s. I have always loved PF Chang. I have had it for take out for Christmas Eve for years off and on. So Sad

I visited P.F.Chang's Princeton location on Christmas Eve with my family to celebrate my son's birthday, which is especially meaningful because he was born on Christmas. We traveled 40 miles for this special occasion, hoping to make it a memorable evening for him. We informed the staff about the celebration ahead of time and reminded them during our visit, but to our disappointment, the acknowledgment was completely forgotten. It was heartbreaking to see my son, who was so excited about his special day, left uncelebrated. We understood that it was a busy evening and were patient when the food took longer than usual. However, what made the experience truly frustrating was the lack of care. When we kindly asked a staff member to take a quick photo of our group to capture the moment, they refused, citing how busy they were. It felt like our celebration was not valued, despite the effort we made to plan and travel for this dinner. A Christmas birthday is already a rare and special occasion, and we were hoping the restaurant would help make it feel as special as it deserved to be. Sadly, the lack of acknowledgment and the impersonal experience left us feeling dismissed and deeply disappointed.

While the food and ambiance were good, the cold treatment overshadowed everything else. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff to handle special occasions with more warmth and attention, even during peak times. These moments are once-in-a-lifetime for families, and it’s upsetting to leave feeling like they didn’t matter.

Our server Sandra was fantastic. All of our different courses were served piping hot.

I had a fantastic experience at PF Chang’s in London. The food was incredible, and the Thai Salad was hands down the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

A special shoutout to our waitress, Silky, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome.

Great food, amazing service—I’ll definitely be back!

I always order the ground chicken lettuce wraps and soup.
My co-worker and I went to place an order to go, the room we were placed in was very dusty. Not organized, could not even make change without running around.
The food we started to eat, no good at all, the worst we have ever had.

Had an excellent visit at PF Changs the woodlands made special by Erin who treated us so well. Everything came out earlier than expected and she would be the reason we come back to PF CHangs again soon !

I wish that I could give this review a zero. We googled restaurants in Quincy Market area and PF Chang popped up so we decided to eat there the reviews looked good and also the another person we were with states that they had eaten here before and that it was good,
We ordered Northern ribs as an appetizer and they weee COLD as hell. The waiter who was excellent but not that knowledgeable about the portion sizes-we told him that we wanted to eat family style- we ordered beef and broccoli and upgraded to plain noodles, sweet and sour chicken and upgraded to fries rice- again we asked the waiter was this going to be enough to feed all three of us and he said yes. The food comes back first of all the foot was delivered by a gentleman with dreads who held the tray right next to his face and I told him that if he is delivering food he should be wearing a hair net. The beef and broccoli could have fed the little girl that we were with and there was more broccoli than meat—again it was WARM, the sweet and sour chicken was the only thing that was of the right temp and tasted good but it could only feed the little for that we were with, the fried rice and noodle both came in these little bowls it was a JOKE. We spend $100 to only go over to Maggianos across the street to speed more money to get a meal that was well worth the price. We we better off staying at Quincy Market and eating there-I will NEVER recommended this place to anyone…also wanted to add that the two men that were eating across from us were also in dismay of their food!!!

Service was horrible. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food was HORRIBLE, they remade mine just as bad the 2nd time. I sent it back and we left.
