I purchased three P F Chang's frozen Chicken Lo Mein single serving meals. My family does not like the restaurant but I did. I would go to a mall area and sneak in a lunch by myself. That was about 5-6 years ago. I live in an area now where the nearest restaurant is about an hour and a half away. So I decided to treat myself to three frozen meals from my neighborhood grocery store. The first one came out of the microwave not looking so good. I ate about half of it and threw the rest out. "maybe this was a fluke". Almost no sauce and what looked like freeze dried chicken. One mushroom on top. The second was prepared a few days later according to the directions in my almost new, higher end microwave. Same results.
Burnt sauce on the bottom of the flimsy cardboard bowl. Dried out noodles and vegetables', I mean dried out to the point of chicken that fell into dust when I tried to fork it. Half of the vegetables were the same. So were most of the noodles. I could not even stir it like the directions said. One clump of dark sauce that stuck a third of the meal into a ball. And of course a singular mushroom on top. When trying to scrape the sauce off of the bottom of the bowl it tor open and stained my wife's table cloth. I raised two boys into adulthood with the help of Hot pockets, frozen pizza, and burritos. I am a good cook and would normally make dinner for them. The frozen meals were in a crunch for time or help yourself to a snack. These P F Chang meals were far below that quality. The packaging is really deceiving. Great photograph and verbiage. "Stay in. Eat like you didn't". I feel like I was mislead and duped out of my money. Lets hope the actual restaurants have gone this far south. I don't think I will ever find out. I own a wok and will start using it more often. I never opened the third meal. I just thew it away. P F Chang's, you really need to provide decent food for the money you charge.

First time eating here in years with my sister. She told me her experience a year ago and it was not pleasant. The food was dry and no sauce. We were all set to enjoy BUT, the food was dry, beef was dry with a little coating and up surge cost for fried rice, bland. Just pitiful!

The first time we tried PF Changs a few months ago, we were served greasy, poor tasting food that made us nauseous. Even the server understood when we showed her what the dishes looked like. We returned the food, requested a refund, and gave the server a nice tip for her time.

Last weekend, we took a chance and tried a different PF Changs location. Not as greasy but still sub-par. We were offered fried rice with our orders and accepted (thinking it was just part of the entree). Also, we were offered what seemed like free soda refills by the server. The server was happy to keep pouring our sodas even when we didn't ask for them to be topped off.

Well, when we got the bill, we found that they added an additional $4.00 to each entree as an upcharge for the fried rice. There were also several upcharges for the soda refills. These upcharges were not disclosed anywhere on the menu or by the server. Our bill was ridiculously high for gross, fatty, poorly made food.

We asked them to remove the upcharges because we would not have ordered them had we known about the crazy prices for the bland fried rice and the refills. They gave us a hard time and basically acted like we should have known. Again, these charges were not disclosed anywhere, and we even reviewed the menu with the server and the manager. They didn't say anything except for this is their policy at all PF Changs. No apology. They acted like we were in the wrong. What a scam.

I am certain they hide these upcharges in the bills and people either don't notice them, or they are too shy or embarrassed to address them. PF Changs is guaranteed to make an additional 25% to 50% in sales by offering these and not disclosing they cost more. Also, the servers get bigger tips by adding the upcharges.

Then they act like jerks like we should know what their unwritten policies are.

So, make sure you compare what prices are listed in the menu to what you actually get charged - they will hide the extra charges in the cost of the entrees (no line-by-line transactions). Total scam. We will never go back.

Also, Panda Express is a million times better and for a lot less money! Go to Panda! You'll enjoy it so much more!!

If I were you, I would triple check your balance when you receive the bill for your meal. I was charged $30 extra for no reason. It took 4 days to get my money back and this was after 2 phone calls to the restaurant. I spoke with the manager and he was very dismissive, almost like he could not be bothered to help me. The server and the manager knew what they were doing, which is why they did not care. If you decide to dine here, don't trust them and make sure you are getting charged the right amount for your meal. This was at the Hillsboro, Oregon location.

We had a rather large party for dinner and Horatio handled it perfectly!! He was on top of everything! My family and I will be back!!

Service was horrible the food was awful and cold. I was wondering why we were the only customers in there on a Friday night! $195.00 later never again..

Great welcome from the reception area , host Laxmi, Manager Katrina and Server Srijana. Professional staff, excellent eye contact, provided excellent explanation of dishes which helped us choose per our taste. The manager was so considerate and asked for our feedback which implies to her attentive care to the customers. Overall Excellent experience and this is my second time within two weeks. Definitely will recommend it to our friends.

We had an amazing meal at P.F. Chang’s last night we ordered Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Shrimp both were delicious. Our waiter Evin was excellent and extremely helpful. We will definitely be visiting again

I ordered for takeout and found that the chicken and shrimp were raw and uncooked in all the dishes that were ordered for the entire family. In addition, the rice was hard and dry with little to no sweet-spicy chilli sauce provided in order to mask the taste of the distasteful, improperly cooked meals that were handed to me. Will not be ordering takeout from this restaurant ever again.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, we love PF Chang's, so we decided to dine there. They always make us feel like a valued customer. We get greeted by the host/hostess when we enter the restaurant, the service is top notch, good food and cocktails, clean, and the employees are always friendly. That is our "go to" restaurant for a special occasion or just a dinner out.
On this night, we had the pleasure of having Sierra as our server. She gave us excellent service. She was busy tending the bar as well, however, she made us feel like we were her only customer. She checked on us frequently and brought us a special treat for our anniversary. The food was excellent as well and I shared this all with the manager on duty, Maricel. She was extremely nice and told me she appreciated our business. I shared with her that my husband and I love the food and service there and have had excellent service from two servers, both named Ernesto. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family!!

I ordered a bag of PF Chang's frozen sweet and sour chicken and a bag of fried rice. I am not sure if it was because it was frozen or not. However, I did not find it appealing at all. The rice was anything but what I known to be fried rice. It had no flavoring, at all. The sweet and sour chicken had soggy chicken pieces, and chunks of pineapple, pieces of tomato and some other stuff. In all honesty, it was on sale at Albertsons for 5.00 a bag. In my opinion it was a waste of my 10.00. I would have rather ordered something I already knew what it tasted like. Rather than taking a chance on this. I believe a white person cooked this stuff. Nothing about it was chinese. I ended up tossing it. Live and learn.

My hubby and I love Summit PF Changs. Tonight our server was Devan and he was spot on with his service. We got the Lettuce Wraps for an appetizer and I got shrimp fried rice with the green bean sauce and it was delicious. Ken, the manager came by our table to say hello and see if we were being taken care of. We will go back to PF Chang's in the Summit

The pork ribs were delicious and plentiful, couldnt finish all 6, the bartender was helpful and prompt with cocktails, great experience

I would like to say that PF chang’s is my fav restaurant in the whole world, whenever i want to have lunch or dinner out side, i directly go to PF change’s😍 its very clean, tasty and organized, every body is helpful, and Puran served us today and he was so helpful and polite ❤️

We felt very rushed from the time we were seated. Waiter seemed very impatient with us…we wanted to enjoy a glass of wine & visit.

When our order came one of the orders was wrong. We immediately told the waiter who insisted the order was correct. No need for a disagreement from the waiter, just correct it. We stated we have never ordered that dish. He didn’t seem to care, no apology then reordered the correct dish which took an additional 20 minutes.
When the ticket was presented, he proceeded to drop several fortune cookies on the table and walked off. No thank you or apology. We were all very disappointed.

Would have liked an acknowledgment of how we wanted to spend our time dinning with friends & for the error.

Pruces outrageous for quality. Soup tasted reheated several times. It was a hot sour soup. I had Wong tong which was good. I had lettuce wraps. Price high for lettuce and reheated chicken. Service was fair. I ate there a few years ago and ordered the same. It was wonderful. It is ashame that resturants can charge double and give customers half of good quality food and service

Went on Sat and had Cameron as our server. He was very attentive to our table, he even made suggestions when we were unsure what to order. He made the salmon sound very delicious. We deffently will be back.

P.F. Chang's is a gem - amazing food, super cozy atmosphere, and the staff are like foodie friends you never knew you had!

Just celebrated 69th birthday 🎂 with a good friend.
They are a favorite place to go eat and always excellent food and friendly people.
We had the best gluten free 🍨 dessert and the manager came out with a celebratory fiery 🕯 candle.
Good time and highly recommend.
