Fast service and payment
Filled in form online and requested a post bag which arrived the next day with clear instructions, had phone collected by Royal Mail the next day, and money was in my bank the next working day. Fast easy service with prompt payment, would highly recommend.

Fast reliable service
I made my inquiry and decision on a Thursday to recycle my phone. A pre paid package to send my phone off in was delivered to my address Friday morning in the post which I dropped off at the post office the same day. They received my phone and inspected it Monday and I was paid that same day. That super fast and reliable service. Would certainly recommend to others doing the same.

I was a little bit hesitant as…
I was a little bit hesitant as phones2pounds offered a decent amount more than other big companies like o2 and Vodafone but I thought I’d take a punt at them and the service was awesome very informative . They literally took in to consideration every road hump customers may incur for instance I left my Apple ID account logged on my phone and panicked but was told can be done remotely with some help from the staff at P2P. Will be recommending
