After suffering shoulder pain for several weeks I was recommended to seek help from PhysioJonny. I found him to be very personable and professional. His thorough assessment process gave me confidence in his knowledge and he spent time explaining what was causing the pain and what his treatment plan would be. His hands on treatment alongside prescribed exercises for me to do between sessions had a significant effect on relieving my pain.

Jonny has helped me overcome an ankle injury as well as back pain (which I had suffered with for years). He is super knowledgable and also comes to your house which is very convenient. Jonny is AMAZING! I was dealing with a shoulder issue for months and going to physio thrice a week with marginal improvement and he sorted me out in two sessions! He’s my emergency call whenever I have a pull or a spasm for an immediate fix! Added upside is that he’s really nice :)

Years of desk work had given me terrible upper back pain. I had seen multiple physios who were unable to assist in providing an effective treatment plan. I’ve known Physio Jonny for a long time and often consult him on any niggles or bigger injuries.

Recently I’ve undergone ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. Jonny helped get me back on my feet. With regular sessions and constant check-in’s, he’s been great. I’m now 13 weeks post surgery and having followed Jonny’s programme, I’m back to jogging and have been doing leg strengthening exercises in the gym for weeks giving me a lot of confidence in my new knee ligament.
