These services are absolutely rubbish I had child care cover as I run a childminding business these people take your money and do not provide a service they try a way to get around just taking your money and passing the blame on beware. I have a new solicitor and I will send pib and the rip off team the bill to pay for my legal costs! Look at them wording their letters. Good thing I studied law!
Dear Annette I refer to your recent correspondence in which you expressed dissatisfaction that Morton Michel use
ARAG for the legal aspect of your policy following the customer service you received from them
(ARAG) during a recent potential claim where you attempted to claim for unpaid fees from a parent.
You feel that Morton Michel were unhelpful in attempting to get your money back.
I am sorry that on this occasion you have felt the need to complain and assure you that we take our
service to our customers seriously. I have now had the opportunity to review the information
available and after careful consideration can now confirm our final response in the matter with regard
to Morton Michel using ARAG.
Morton Michel’s decision to work with ARAG to provide the legal assistance aspect of your policy, I
can confirm that together we provide insurance policies for a full range of childcare professionals and
pride ourselves on our service. Together with Covéa and ARAG, we have designed and written this
specialist Childminder policy to match your business needs, providing the right level of cover at a
competitive cost. Throughout many changes in the insurance industry, ARAG has never wavered in its
commitment to its relationship with Morton Michel and Covéa, continuously looking to improve the
offering to meet Morton Michel’s customer’s needs and maintaining integrity.
