Fantastic customer service from start to finish. No questions were too much and were answered in a very timely manner with a lot of expertise. The car was delivered by a lovely person as well who took his time to explain everything to us. We love our car and the whole process was very smooth and painless. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Took short of 5 weeks to receive my car and had to regularly chase for updates. The comparison price wasn’t available as, ‘the colour was out of stock’, the alternative colours were then more expensive.

Awful service, they seem to delegate everything to their finance company Alphabet, who are unreachable on the phone number provided. Car booked in for a recall issue, first in queue, last to be finished, 3hour wait for what I was told would be a one hour job. Missed work commitments as a result. Would never use either of these companies again

They don't even know how long the wait for delvery even though it's States that your car will be delivered in seven working days
