First time leasing with Pink and I honestly cannot fault them.
I was initially sceptical about the company and the vehicle I was interested in due to the very competitive price .
I made initial contact on line over a weekend period and was promptly contacted back on the Monday morning by Bradley .
He assured me the vehicle I wanted would be available by the end of the following month and yes it was .
No processing fee nothing up front so what is there to lose .. all the contract forms came through quickly and I really can’t praise how smooth the whole process was , so much so that I started to think it was too good to be true .
I was half expecting a call to say that the car wasn’t available but I shouldn’t have worried at the end of the month like they said we arranged a delivery date to suit me & even that was perfect .
I’m so pleased and would recommend Pink without hesitation .
When my husbands car is due to be changed we will be checking out Pink for sure .

Great customer experience from the full team and particularly India who was pro-active in providing updates and information from the dealer and was always at hand to answer any queries!

This company has treated me disgustingly. Before you lease a car please know there will then be a third party that’s involved there name is Alpabet. This company is even worst. They have closed my case already a few days after it started. The handover of our car was in August 25. There’s the keys any questions I have another appointment. The next day I decide to take the car out it broke down middle of the road. Tried Pink Leasing it was weekend no one home. Tried everything and got nothing. Had to leave the car overnight. Went to car next day luckily it must have reset and started. The problem is here no one wants to help which is my problem. I will never ever use PINK LEASING OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ALPHABET AGAIN.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE TWO COMPANYS.

Pink Took to long sorting out my finance and communications was rubbish. By the time I found out I’d been accepted for the lease I’d purchased another car through a different company that had everything agreed in one day. Save your time and go elsewhere.
