Very disappointing experience with Pink Casino. I had a withdrawal of around £1,300 and shortly after that my account was suspended for KYC verification. I provided all the documents they requested (passport, card details and the required evidence), but I am still waiting for a clear solution.
It is frustrating that deposits are processed quickly, but when it comes to receiving your money, there are delays and endless checks. I have fully cooperated with their verification process and I expect my withdrawal to be handled fairly and without unnecessary delays.
I would not recommend Pink Casino until they improve their communication and resolve withdrawal issues properly.

Just took £20 of me never credited it to the account . Messaged customer service and they said I needed to verify the payment method but it was even the payment method that was used it was another card number they were trying to use . Told them to forget it and just send the money back and they suspend the account for “safer gambling” messaged them again and they said there’s nothing they can do just email them about getting the money back . Literally just STOLE money never even got to use it on the site ! Suspended account for saying okay just send me it back because the links not working ! Madness ! DO NOT USE

Made a withdrawal of £100 through bank transfer (same method I made my deposits) as pink casino said this would be the fastest withdrawal method and the money would be in my account within afew minutes…….2 hours later still PENDING!!!!! All the other casino sites I withdraw money from via bank transfer actually only takes afew minutes like they say. Also numerous games (especially free spin games don’t load)!!!!
