We stayed in Cosmic avenue at Electric Picnic this year in a classic bell canvas tent (4 person). Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best. Facilities were good, clean toilets and showers. Long queue in the morning for food and coffee. Very muddy, could have put down chippings for the puddles.
The main dissatisfaction was with the water permeability of the tent, it didn’t appear to have been waxed recently so all clothes and sheets on the bed were wet. Really horrible sleeping on wet sheets and pillow, especially after paying €1400 euro. We only stayed 1 night. Many other people had the same complaints and changed tents but found replacement tents were in the same condition. I sent a complaint into pink moon but just got AI response. No refund. Would not recommend.

Booked glamping for electric picnic in Ireland.
Tents were damp inside.
Rain got in and there was an inch of water in one corner.
Bedding was damp.
They tank out of fresh bedding for the second night.
Terrible experience with terrible customer service.
That was our 3rd year in a row with pink moon and never again

This will be our third and last year booking with Pink Moon.Firstly Pink Moon moved the location of the campsite to the furthest point from the arena
We only got notified a couple of days before arrival we were told to go to the Blue car park and couldn't so we had no option but to go to the red car park and it was over an hour of a haul to get to the campsite we had to make our way through absolute squalor and as for security not once were our bands checked going in or out
The Coffee dock had no hot water 2 days in a row and when they did it took 1 hour and 15 mins to get a coffee
The power went down on the Saturday morning so there wasn't even food available
But the location of the campsite was the worst absolutely TERRIBLE

Silver Campsite at EP was miles away from everything. Took so long to get to and from the arena and to the car park. No proper signs to tell you were to go. One tiny little sign in the middle of the chaos of general camping. Only one coffee and one food truck for the whole site, lines were crazy every single morning. Hot water was gone in the coffee place from the second morning onward. Food was more expensive in silver than in general camping. Sheep poo everywhere outside the tents. Very small charging area that was in the same tent as the pamper parlour, people using the charging stations to plug in their own straightners and hairdryer, leaving no space for people to charge their phones or power banks. The positives, were staff on the ball with toilets and showers, kept clean over the whole weekend, always toliet roll and sanitizer stocked. The main issue was location, they seem to have changed it from where it had been previously, took a bit of the enjoyment out of the festival knowing once you were out, you couldn't quickly head back to get changed as it was nearly a 35 min walk from the arena and another 35 min walk back missing acts in the process

We were a party of three at electric picnic 2026.
We stayed in the Pink Moon Faiche Tipi deluxe bell tents.
They were saturated inside.
Bedding and all of our clothes were soaked through with water.
We had to sleep in wet clothes on wet beds.
It was the most uncomfortable unpleasant experience imaginable.
The staff on the ground were unable to help. Replacement bedding was also wet.
In a response to our complaint the company stated:

"Over the weekend, all our sites experienced prolonged heavy rain, with very high humidity throughout, and inside a canvas tent standing on wet ground, the humidity is higher still. Once the air is that wet, moisture condenses on the canvas and is soaked up by bedding and clothing overnight as the temperature drops. It's something canvas does in this kind of weather, and our team saw it across every one of our campsites, so it wasn't specific to your tent, and it wasn't rain getting in.
Our team tried to support customers where possible; however, when we changed the bedding, it quickly became damp again. This is unrelated to Pink Moon but is what happens when camping in the conditions we experienced."

The weather is the weather and our group was fully prepared for it.
The tents provided were just not fit for purpose.

The toilets and showers were good.
Staff were lovely but powerless.
Location good.

Avoid pink moon at All Costs – Worst Glamping Experience in 4 Years

I stayed in Cosmic Avenue at Electric Picnic this year and it was an absolute disgrace. I paid over €1,400 for the weekend and returned on Night 1 to find my bedding soaked through, water literally dripping out of it. Completely unusable.

The “manager” at reception spent an hour pretending he was waiting on a manager, only to admit he was the manager. This was at 2.30am, and he was more focused on the fact he was supposed to finish at 1am than the fact we had nowhere to sleep.

We asked repeatedly for replacement bedding and mattresses and were told they only had sheets. It wasn’t until another staff member actually inspected the tent that someone acknowledged the state of it — water pooled inside, bedding saturated, totally not fit for purpose. After multiple trips back and forth, we eventually received thin sheets, the flimsiest mattresses imaginable, and finally pillows and a duvet with no cover. We weren’t sorted until 4.30am.

Night 2? Wet bedding again. Not as bad as Night 1, but still unacceptable. I ended up sleeping on top of the wet bedding in a dry robe and fleece just to get through the night.

There was no contingency plan, no proper weatherproofing, and no adequate backup supplies. For a premium glamping site, this is shocking.

I’ve glamped with this company for four years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We left on Night 3 because I couldn’t face another night in those conditions.

Highly disappointing. Never again. I would not recommend Cosmic Avenue to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
If you want reliability, go with Stradbally Glamping or invest in a proper tent — anything is better than this.

Just back from EP where we stayed in Cosmic Avenue glamping. It was disappointing overall. When we arrived Friday our bedding was all damp as was a lot of others on our row. The tents were all crammed in barely room for 4 chairs outside our tent. The main walkway to the showers, toilets etc was a mudfest. The pamper parlour was too small and inadequate there was a Que every time I passed. The charging area was also inadequate hadn’t half enough chargers. Coffee took 20 mins+ in a Que as did the food truck. They definitely went for quantity over quality. Not worth the money. Also far too far from the main areas.
One plus was the nice hot showers

We paid €1,900 for Harvest Moon with Pink Moon at Electric Picnic this year. When we arrived on the first day, the inside of our tent was wet through. The bedding was soaked and there was a pool of water on the floor. This wasn’t a one-off – most of the people around us were in the same situation.
We’ve been to plenty of festivals and rented bell tents through heavy rain before with no problems whatsoever. A bell tent that keeps the rain out is not a luxury feature; it’s the whole point.
Staff told us they’d come around to mop up the water and change the bedding. That never happened. We were left to deal with it ourselves.
The toilets were another let-down. The general festival toilets were cleaner than the Harvest Moon ones, which is a remarkable thing to be able to say about a premium glamping package.
We had friends staying in Moonlight Meadows, and when we visited them their setup was noticeably better. So we paid more and got less.
The basics of any glamping offering are simple: a dry tent, a dry bed and a clean toilet. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles on the bed don’t make up for failing all three. Pink Moon didn’t deliver the fundamentals this year, and at this price point that is simply not good enough.

Really disappointing experience in electric picnic 2026. Arrived to a field which was covered completely in sheep dung. We paid to stay in silver mon and were told to park in the blue car park. This was full by the first morning and we were redirected to the red car park where the majority of cars were. Because the silver moon was put in a very remote section behind all the general campsites, it took almost 1 hour to get to. There were no signs either , save for a Polly pocket covered a4 sign in the middle of a general campsite. Shoddy experience from start to finish

Just back from Rewind and highly recommend Pink Moon. Used them for last few years and having clean toilets and showers makes such a difference - they were positioned better this year in the middle of the site rather than towards the back. The cafe was also in a better position than at the back and definitely generated more customers from being in the middle.
Shame we didn’t get the front section of the car park this year, as getting there Friday afternoon meant we were alot further back rather than going straight to the Pink Moon section like previous years.

We stayed a pink moon camping at the rewind festival, showers and toilets were kept very clean , never needed to wait for one to be available, onsite cafe was a great bonus and tents were well spaced out, with a comfortable mattress and warm sleeping bag. Very roomy for keeping all our stuff in and able to stand without a problem, thank you pink moon, staff friendly too

Our third time with Pink Moon and very happy with the experience. Everything as promised, clean facilities, hot showers, well organised and friendly staff. Keep it up!

Great experience and very worth the money will never go back to standard camping at a festival again. Wherever there is a pink moon we will be there !

Just back from Rewind Henley. Pink Moon camping fantastic as usual, great tents, well equipped. Good toilets and showers on site. Pamper Lounge great as well for doing hair and makeup. Very secure site. Staff on site very quick to respond to any issues. Will definitely be using again next year.

Oh and the festival was really great as well!

Fantastic experience at the Rewind Henley on Thames Festival, accommodation with Pink Moon.
The site was absolutely spotless and staff were friendly, approachable and professional. Highly recommend.

They know their stuff, the locations, the tents, the facilities and all so clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Security brilliant and Pink Moon staff fantastic, they make the event just so much more special.

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pink Moon is a disgusting predatory company that banks on young adults who need money. You are barely fed (sometimes meals are threatened to be withheld), if you don't work on a specific day then they won't feed you DESPITE making you camp in the most random of places.

Any Tier 3 management is a sell out who has watched the bullied and mismanagement of Tier 1/2s and has decided that money is a much better option than their humanity. It's an us vs them mindset. New comers are unnecessarily scolded and forced to do hard labour whilst returners can take naps in a van lying down on the "clean" linen. You are criticised even if you want to go to the TOILET. If you have a dietary need just forget it, even the vendors don't like working with this company because they are KNOWN CHEAPSKATES.

You will suffer, you will be hurt, you will experience bullying and pink moon will expect you to like it. The CEO or whatever his name is drives a shiny RV which he parks right next to tents that the crew sleep in with mouldy insides and mattresses.

When customers leave the water to the toilets is shut off almost immediately. The facilities aren't even that good for what you pay for. Untrained workers are forced to handle bodily fluids.

Everyone at the Isle of Wight festival was judged by management for not want to work in 35 degree whether!!!! One guy even got sun sickness and was throwing up the whole day. Someone with a skin condition was put on sanitisation. Tier 3s watched on and people worked and worked and worked.
If you know what is good for you, find another job ANY OTHER JOB.

They lie about how much you get paid, the benefits. Some people are not given any shifts during the festival period meaning they have to fork out money for 3-4 days of food whilst not earning a penny.

The tents are full of mould, there are stains on the "clean" linen, pillows and by the way those throw pillows you get and that blue/red/grey throw blanket doesn't get washed...simply stuffed into a bag for the next festival.

If you love yourself HELL even if you hate yourself don't take this job. How can someone be told they could get £15 in the interview and then that becomes £12.71. Even one of the managers QUIT because he was stressed and hated how the crew was treated. Any customer, bring your tent please and any adult again there are better roles. So much better roles.
WORST JOB OF MY LIFE!!!

Absolute scammers, 4 years in a row booking the silver campsite to have it moved this year to out past the general camping sites, no warning just told this 8 days before, We only book this campsite based on location, lots of complaints gone in about it, Should be ashamed of themselves
