Placed in order that I never received
Was told there was a logistics problem? Then, was told it was delivered, and I never received anything

Very much below average THCA flowers
Very much below average THCA flowers. But, I was tipped off about these guys and I wanted to prove the accusations beyond a shadow of a doubt. So, I got a new credit card, never used, and bought a decent order of stuff, ~$100. That was a waste. BUT...60 days later *to the day* that credit card had $500 in fraudulent charges on it. It can only be them. I have opened a local case with law enforcement through my bank since this is such a clear cut case and there can be no doubt that they are making fraudulent charges with peoples' credit cards. Smoke up folks...because you're going to jail.

Pinnacle has wonderful products. Enjoy the THCA flower. My issue is the time it takes before the order is ready to ship. I picture one person trying to keep up. I understand Black Friday and getting slammed but this has been an issue for a year. I’m not blaming you for it shipping to the West coast and I’m on the East. That’s USPS. Please try to fill an order in less than a week.

Great products. Processing takes 4-7 days on average. With our wonderful Postal Svc. It takes approximately 10-14 days to receive your order!

Worst thing I have ever bought my dog!!! I thought she was going to die. The chews gave her a dry hacking cough. Every time she got excited or tried to run for days this would happen. Found a different product that is half the price that has changed my dog so much for the better. I would NEVER EVER give this to my dog again. Don't waste your money!!!

This is my second order from Pinnacle hemp. The second order was delivered so fast, I didn't know it had shipped. They sent me an email the day after I placed my order and it came in the mail the next day. Great service. Great gummies. I wish they could explain the different flavors of values on their website, but that's no biggie. I love this company.

The items arrived just fine. But the items were somewhat different than what I ordered!
They had done away with the lesser relief/cooling product that I was using for arthritis pain in my lower back. It was helping, but not as much as I would’ve like. So I decided to order the stronger dosage. I received it & there was a note with explanation on the change. So, ok let’s try it. It was really hard to get it out of the jar. This happened each time I used it for over a week. So I tried one of the other jars. It’s a little better. But why is it not as easy to get it out as the 250 jars? I feel like I’m in a fight to get the cream out of the jars. So I’m rather disappointed. It also doesn’t seem to be working any better than the 250 or 500 I had. So I’m only partially satisfied,if even that!

My dog loves this stuff. We’ve tried some cheaper hemp meal based treats off of Amazon but this is the only thing that doesn’t ups egg his stomach, and compared to other options, it’s affordable too! It works within an hour and then he’s no longer scared from the storms outside. Also, they gave me some free gifts along with the package.
