I first ordered from them off of Amazon without realizing it would be just as easy and even BETTER on the official website. When I received my order it was packaged very well and even included a sticker! Definitely buying from them again.

I always enjoy Plant Therapy products and service. Top quality oils, good member prices and clear labeling for kid and pet safety. I enjoy being part of the Oil Of The Month Club, to receive a surprise oil or set of oils each month. And every order comes with a new, clever, sticker. Plant Therapy makes me proud to share their products. I would try to convert every DoTerra and Young Living fan into new Plant Therapy family. 👪

I've been a happy and loyal PT customer for about 8 years. Through the years a bottle here and there has arrived broken and when I called to let them know, they'd apologize and send me another. This was not frequent but it did happen. (Some forms of their packaging ensure undamaged products better than others)
I recently bought several oils in their BOGO and was disappointed to see that I was not credited BOGO for equal but only for my lesser oils. ie: I bought 2@$15, 2@$7, 2@$6. I paid full price for both $15 and one $7 bottle and got one $7 and both $6 bottles free. This means the total was $37 rather than $28. I emailed customer service and was told that the BOGO was equal or lesser value and to have a great day. Most companies that I've shopped with give you BOGO on equal rather than lesser when you have several products that can be equally applied. I'm saddened by the way they've chosen to handle this situation as it seems subtly dishonest in their favor and makes me wonder that if they can't be trusted in small details (honoring their advertised sale prices), can they be trusted in larger ones (quality and sourcing)

I have been a customer of this company for several years. Every order is completed quickly and correctly. Customer service is always available and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend them to everyone interested in essential oils!

This company is fantastic. They have amazing essential oil options, pure, high quality, & an awesome blog that is super informative. I like that you don’t have to be a member to purchase, & there’s no marketing schemes or up-charges. Excellent customer service. Small, family owned business out of Idaho. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love these oils and their other products. This is a small family owned company that I am happy to support. I was an avid loyal customer to a very popular brand of EO’s for the past 8 years. I decided to open a skin care business and began a ton of research to find a more affordable company with premium quality oils. PT is amazing and very affordable. They have TONS of options for EO’s and a lot of carrier oils in addition to other products. They have an educational blog that offers so much awesome information regarding the use of EO’s and their medicinal properties. I can’t recommend this company enough!!! They also have free shipping and excellent customer service. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

My first order from plant therapy. I ordered sweet orange and lemongrass in the 30ml bottle.

1. Great price and QUALITY.
2. Arrived in 5 business days
3. Came with label on lid of bottle
4. Each was housed in their own cylinder box with see thru tops.

Now to get a great price and providing both labels and containers for each bottle seals the deal for me. I store all my essentials standing upright in large nail polish luggage. Now they are easy to find when preparing a recipe. Will be my first stop for future orders.

Purchased several times from plant therapy to make my own fragrance concoctions. Their quality is amazing, my only gripe is the restocking. Some of the oils I need are almost never in stock. They need to work on their restocking division. Overall a grade A+ company. Just need to work on product availability.

On Google there is a featured ad running that says
"Save $15 off $50 Today Only | Plant Therapy® Official Site‎"

I clicked the ad, liked what I saw and began to fill my cart (8am). When I went to checkout, the coupon code disappeared (8:15am). I called customer service and the representative refused to grant me the $15 dollars off, even though the above mentioned ad is clearly still running. I feel like this is very deceptive. I'll just order elsewhere. Beware because you obviously can't trust what they tell you.

Made some purchases a few months back for a gift. A bit pricey but excellent quality and packaging.

Remarkable quality. Great price, especially for an organic item. Love the refreshing aroma. Compared to the more earthy Boswellia sacra frankincense from Oman, it has a bit of pleasant sharpness that reminds me a little of tea tree oil or fresh pine needles. The sturdy brown glass bottle has a well-designed cap that dispenses the oil drop by drop to avoid waste. Packed with care and shipped quickly. Free shipping makes the affordable price even better.

The Plant Therapy site is easy to navigate and informative. Essential oil educator Robert Tisserand is the company's consultant and test results for each batch of oil can be viewed before you buy. I've used frankincense oil from Rocky Mountain Oils and find Plant Therapy's oil to be surprisingly comparable.
