DO NOT BUY!!!! They REFUSED to return my money after I purchased a coral color rug and received an orange rug with white stripes!

Said it goes against their return policy. How does false advertising go against ANY policy???

Do not buy from this company Playmate rugs are the worse. The product is junk. They have the worse customer service. They have no return policy. My grandson wanted this rug for his room and was very disappointed this is not a rug it is paper thin
. I wish we had read these reviews before. I gave them many chances to return our money but they would not. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two rugs and I received after the 15 day return policy. These are not rugs. They are towels! The ink is horrible. When I emailed to return, they said it looked like 95% of the description when I sent them pictures so they wouldn’t let me return them. I’m out $162! DO NOT ORDER! Horrible product.

Ordered a rug , was not sent until after the 15 days return policy , it arrived and it is basically a throw completely inappropriate for use on a floor and the dimensions where not as ordered and it’s impossible to get a hold of these people! Terrible experience. Do not order from this company. i ordered a horse "rug" for my tack room. It took several weeks to arrive and it was nothing more than a heavy blanket with little rubber tabs on the back. When I attempted to return it, they asked for pictures of the defected part. I told them I was unhappy with the quality and it was not a rug at all. I sent a picture because they kept asking for one. Their response was they were sorry, but I can not return the item. It was $119.99!!

Do not purchase from here!! Total scam! I received my product a month after it was ordered and the quality is horrific. My son loves trucks so I ordered what appeared to be a truck duvet set. When it was finally delivered, these so called trucks looked more like robots. To make matters worse, the pictures of the “trucks” appearance have the same effect of a picture that was made too large so that the quality is extremely low and blurry. When I requested a return and refund they kept giving me the run around, asking for information they already had, and finally they wanted a picture of the product. Once I sent all the information, they responded by saying it looks the same as it’s advertised and they would not refund me or allow me to return it. I should have known better when I left the item in my cart and received an email shortly after giving me an additional percentage off. If I had known what this product would look like and how terrible the customer service and return policy was, I wouldn’t have paid one cent for it!! Please do not waste your money. If I can save even one person from purchasing off this website, I’ll feel somewhat better about what I consider being robbed.

Ordered what was shown as a 5x7 rug, 1 whole month later received a very thin throw blanket with the pattern of the rug. Return policy is 15 days, which is how long it sat at DHL. I emailed them, with pictures, wanting a refund, they say no. I’m filing a dispute. DO NOT buy anything from this company!

I am currently having an issue with this company. I ordered a full size Waverly bedding set to include a dust ruffle, quilt, and two pillow shams. I received 2 pillow cases and some sort of blanket. The pattern was completely different than what I ordered. After sending them pictures of what I ordered, and what they sent,they replied that there was nothing wrong, the order was correct. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are scammers.

Total GARBAGE!!! I can't believe they call this piece of crap a rug. Dollar Tree products are better quality. I wouldn't even use it as throw cover on the couch. Then they will not let you return it, but don't tell you til you call. $100 scam! Beware and buy NOTHING from this place. Better quality at the local fair or grocery store toy booths. Donna, Memphis. Scammers. I got suspicious emails saying my Pay Pal account was compromised ironically after ordering from them. I swear I got 15-20 emails reminding me I had something in my cart. First a 25% discount then a 30% then 35% the next day 40%. It’s ridiculous. I asked for a refund and disputed it on Pay Pal. I am reporting them as scammers as well. Don’t fall for this. I cancelled on a Sun night & immediately received a reply. Just all around shady.

I ordered the English Ivy Lush Bedding Set RBSMT NOLOBPSD because the image on their website was exactly what I was looking for. When I finally received the product the print of the ivy leaves were super blurry, not crisp like what was on their website. Also, the cover is only about 1/4" thin. This is not the product I thought I was ordering. I ordered the Queen size for $69.99. Having ordered bedspreads before paying that amount is high, but in order of a high quality bedspread. What I received is worth $25.00. PlayMates will NOT accept my return request. I feel completely ripped off!! Buyer beware when ordering from The PlayMates Store.

The Playmatestore did NOT send the product I purchased. I ordered an area rug, 3x5. Took 6 weeks, and what I received instead was a smaller towel that fit in an envelope!! They said nothing was wrong with the item, despite being sent the photos as a proof of what I received. I am just about to file a claim with my credit card, as the product ordered does not match the product received in any way, except the stripes being the same color. Very disappointing!

Took 2 months to get the rug. Not worth the money; the rug was as thin as paper, poorly made and the material is horrible.. it is not a rug

scam taken money and no response given opportunity to respond before left this review and contacted the bank - no response to date.

SCAM! Did not send the item. Do not buy anything from this store. Currently working with master card to get my money back.
