PlumbGen Reviews

So pleased with the service from PlumbGen. Good communication and accommodated my timing requests. Tommy was efficient, knowledgeable and found the issues causing our shower leak immediately, when several other plumbers could not. He sorted the problems immediately and also tested the shower after, staying extra time to ensure there was no leakage. He had a kind and pleasant manner. Fair quote for the work done. Will certainly use again. Highly recommend if you want reliability and efficiency. Thank you!

Had an emergency in Oct 2024 and found Plumbgen — couldn’t have been a better job. So when we had another emergency today, Plumbgen were my first thought. Tommy came out within an hour and fixed the problem 30 mins later.
Absolutely smashing service, Tommy is polite and leaves no mess behind. Also, the price was well received as you always think the worst when it comes to emergency prices. I will recommend this company to friends and family and will definitely keep them in mind for any plumbing work we need in the future.

Tommy fitted new radiators throughout our house and we are delighted with the results. He came when he said he would, he was exceptionally clean and tidy and he is obviously very good at his job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Fabulous work completed today by Tommy from PlumbGen.
Very professional and excellent quality work.
Thank you so much for coming to the rescue.
Highly recommended

He was friendly and informative and friendly

Tommy did a great job installing a hot tap in my garden. It wasn’t an easy job, but he got it done quickly and without any fuss. He was clean, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Really happy with the result – would definitely recommend him!

Danny from Plumb Gen arrived, polite and professional. He fitted a hot tap, was quick and tidy! Really nice guy and great service

Tommy from Plumbgen has recently finished our whole bathroom renovation and it’s amazing! As others have said, I wish I had found him earlier….
His workmanship is spot on, he came when he said he would and was exceptionally tidy. He also helped pick the bathroom furniture and has excellent taste! Will definitely use again.

Tommy at Plumbgen was brilliant.
Communication spot on. Gave advice on what might look better for our bathroom renovation. Arrived when he said he would. Excellent all round service.

I went with Plumbgen after I was messed about by other plumbers. Genuinely wish I would have went to this business first!

I had an unfortunate issue with my downstairs bathroom smelling like something had died from under my shower unit and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly.

Both issues resolved within a few hours and the smell hasn't returned, thankfully! I highly recommend Plumbgen as you're regular plumber, you won't be disappointed in the results and the price! They are very accommodating and very clean! Which is lovely to see.

Thank you again - I'll be keeping your number for my future bathroom renovations.

I recently had a new shower and shower cubicle fitted by this plumber, Tommy from PlumbGen, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was happy with every detail of the plans before starting the work.

The installation itself was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was finished on schedule. It’s clear they take real pride in their work.

The new shower looks fantastic and works perfectly — a huge improvement on what I had before. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be using them again for future jobs.

Ive used Tommy a few times over the past 12 months and couldn't be happier with him and his work. Always polite, punctual, full of helpful hints and ideas, and his work is excellent. Im just gutted I didnt know about him before my full (and rather poor) bathroom refurb :( Last year he was our plumber for a rear extension on our home, he has also removed and re-routed central heating pipework and radiators, installed outside taps, worked out clever ways to bypass obstacles, fitted toilets. The list is quite extensive. Give him a try, you wont be disappointed.

Tommy has done many plumbing jobs for me , his work is outstanding and always respectful and polite I can highly recommend him , nothing is too much trouble and very reasonably priced definitely deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had PlumbGen replace two double radiators in the lounge. The plumber was on time, efficient, courteous & no mess at all.
I am very pleased with the work undertaken and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent work from Tommy as usual.
I've used him for a few years now and have never had any problems. He's professional, friendly and, more importantly, very good at his job! I've recommended him to friends and they've been very happy with his work too.

The job was done neatly, quickly and cost effectively.
Communication at every stage is always more than adequate.
Tommy is skilled, knowledgeable, resourceful and efficient.
Job done!

Had a small leak develop on a pipe that connects to a radiator.
Contacted PlumbGen, and was immediately contacted by Tommy.
On the day of his arrival, he’d messaged to let us know he would be ten minutes to arrival.
Really impressed, placed covers on his boots prior to entering the house.
Quickly resolved the leaking pipe. Friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

A fantastic plumber. A genuine guy who is great at what he does and reasonably priced. Highly recommended 😊

Great to have a tradesman turn up when planned. Superb work well done.
