The doctor was very nice and professional however, when she called in my anabiotic, she indicated it should be for seven days two times a day. That equals 14 pills. I’m on the third day and I only have one day left. So if she called it in wrong or CVS filled it wrong but now I will not be able to finish the prescription because I am no longer in Scottsdale. I am totally pissed off and want my money back because this is ridiculous.

Plush Care has been a game changer!! Great friendly doctors, it's quick and simple, and the doctors are very kind and caring. Def worth it, I have my whole family on it and I will continue to utilize this APP!
Process was very streamline and easy. My doctor was very pleasant to deal with and efficient. I would highly suggest this site to anyone in need of telehealth.
The Dr. was great. They charged me, without letting me know there would be fees, $70 for some reason and then charged me $20 for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for. Besides the $40 co-pay, I paid an extra $90. It was convienant, but not that convienant.

My doctor was dismissive and the call lasted about 30 seconds. He told me the care I’m looking for does not exist and advised me to go back to my previous provider. When I mentioned my own research, he responded, “just because it’s on Google doesn’t mean it’s true.” I left the call feeling deflated and dismissed. Speaking to a doctor should feel like a safe space, and this experience was the opposite. This is why so many people keep their problems to themselves. This was the worst care I’ve experienced, and I canceled my membership immediately after.

Was pretty helpful and got me what I needed, even though it was the weekend.
The service is relatively convenient. Doctors are available within 6 hours usually, and they are ontime. If they can't help you and send you to a doctor, they don't charge you. However, the auto-renewal business model is a little sleazy. If you subscribe, you are automatically signed up to auto renew. You can't get a refund if they renew you automatically. You can cancel (and you get a warning that you will lose care even if they just charged you for a year), but you will be RESUBSCRIBED to AUTORENEW if you book an appointment in the year that you paid for it. So, to prevent auto renewal, you have to cancel the service every time you book an appointment.

I read all of the reviews as normal before taking the service and my heart sank because I was prepared to be scammed and disappointed. I did the video call and the doctor came on 2 minutes after the initial time and I was still nervous it was going to go wrong. She addressed my concerns directly and sent the prescription to the local pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy the next day and it said I only had 1 prescription. DING!! DING!! DING! My scam alarm went off like I am going to call and give me the run around. I called the customer service line for prescriptions and I DID have to hold for 35 minutes, but someone did come on the line eventually and I let them know what was going on and they Immediately shot it to the supervisor for escalation. They followed up with a message directly to the pharmacist and called several times to resolve it. I was able to successfully get what I needed. When things go wrong it’s easy to jump on and give a 1 star review. Equally when things go right, you just move on like nothing happened, because your world was not disrupted. I appreciate all of their help and responsiveness. My experience was good.

Absolute nightmare, had to call in again for a dumb billing mistake from the apps part
And then finally got an appointment, which they then proceeded to send my lab order to QUEST when I said LABCORP multiple times and there was no way to get back into contact when it was not a BILL related query!! Funny how that works magically; now I’m stuck for a whole weekend without a test done because of a telehealth doctors negligence

PlushCare does not accept many insurances. I have Emblen health and Medicare lacrosse and Blue Shield. I signed up with PlushCare. They did not tell me they don’t accept these insurances and then I got charged $155 a couple weeks after the appointment it’s a scam stay away from it

Moved my appointment up 30 min after making it 10 mins earlier - charged me another $110. Promised me forever they would refund within 10 days. Others told the transaction happened and it was my banks issue. 25 days now and still nothing .. my wife used them around the same time over charged her missed appointment when the doctor did not show up. A month now and won’t refund. Keep telling us they will or the transaction took place
Stay away from them … my bank are working to fix these crooks

Dr. Allan Marks has been my saving grace. He listens and is attentive to your needs. I trust him 100% with my healthcare needs.
Everything and everyone involved was great! The doctor was on time with no waiting and diagnosed and prescribed in a timely manner.
It's my own fault but I had the prescription sent to a pharmacy that was already closed and Solomon on your care team quickly and efficiently had it sent to a pharmacy that was open 24/7 which allowed me to catch my flight in time.
Again, great care from everyone involved!
