Set up a subscription. Found out the hard way that when you pay more you can’t select a ‘no goats cheese’ option. Rectified and waited for the next box- Contained 4 cheeses- 2 of which were goats cheese! £22 for effectively 2 cheeses that I can eat. Complained. They apologised and sent out 2 replacement cheese. Guess what! More goats cheese!!! I am gobsmacked that in a day and age that food labelling and allergies is so prominent in the news that a company can have such disregard for someone’s food preferences. I have cancelled the subscription and warn others before you waste your money.

Had a voucher through a beer club so thought I’d give it a go!!! Even though I thought a little pricey at the start the cheeses were something else ! I say this with only a cheese experience of supermarkets and mass produced branded cheese but pong has really opened my eyes (and taste buds) ! I hope they keep sending more amazing cheeses 5/5 for me

Great Xmas cheese box. One cheese overripe, customer services happy to replace or refund. Quick service. Very happy and would recommend.

Very quick and easy to deal with, which was useful as I live abroad and wanted to gift the subscription.

The quality of most cheeses and the service are excellent. I would like to see more evidence of a service to single people and thus smaller portions available. Most of the soft cheeses do not keep for long and thus it is a waste to order most of these

My first delivery for Pong Cheese club arrived yesterday. Now cheese is on my mind! Stinking Bishop is my favourite but they were all good. Kaltbach creamy a new one on me, Harrogate Blue a fine blue veined golden cheese but I particularly liked the Little Lepe , perhaps the nicest goats cheese I’ve ever tried! Mild and cloaked in edible ash . Mmm. Thx Pong

Great service and great cheese. There was a delay in the delivery of our cheese, which resulted in one of the cheeses oozing out of its container and not surviving the journey. However great customer service from Pong meant an excellent replacement was with us within a few days. Thank you!

As such pong is not a bad company to deal with a good selection of products at a reasonable price. The only problem is there courier's I would happily pay Parcel force extra to deliver or another reliable courier the problem is they use DX which in this part of the world doesn't work.

Was delivered on day requested. When I had a query over the order the response was very quick, especially as it was just after the festive holidays, and everything was resolved immediately.
Was a present, so haven't tasted myself, but have been told the cheeses were all fantastic.

Unfortunately 4 days still no cheese. Uncontactable via email or phone, I’ve asked my bank to refund my money as the company aren’t contactable.

Very poor customer service. Christmas Extravaganza box plus other items was ordered as part of a gift for my son and his family.

It is practically impossible to speak to anyone at either Pong Cheese or DX Express. Both companies hiding behind problems due to covid and expecting calls to be made to premium rate numbers.
I have advised my son to discard the cheese as it had been in transit for 4 days and would not want to be responsible for any cases of food poisoning.
An email was sent to Pong Cheese on 23rd December requesting a replacement consignment be sent. As to yet there has been no reply, 30th December.
All I can say therefore is that if you want to be ripped off, ignored and just wish to waste your money use Pong Cheese.
But if you value your sanity, value your health and do not enjoy wasting your money AVOID Pong Cheese Ltd.

The cheese gifts were delivered a day late. I ordered them weeks before to be delivered in the morning of 23 December. Despite desperate emails from me, the box had still not arrived on the 24th by noon, and by then I had left to spend Christmas with my daughter. Later I received an email saying the box had been left at my house. As there was no one in I knew it had been left in my recycling box outside. By then it was pouring with rain so very late in the evening I went all the way home to pick up the box which was still dry. However one of the cheeses in the Continental box was leaking liquid cheese and should never have been included in the selection. I won't order from Pong Cheese again. Too unreliable.

I ordered two Christmas gifts for family members, to be delivered on Christmas Eve. One arrived as expected. The other arrived on 29th December, while my brother was out. It was left at the front door, got soaked in the rain, and when he discovered it, one of the cheeses was completely smashed. What a shame! The good news is: I emailed Pong Cheese to report this yesterday at 12.31. They replied at 13.48, and this morning at 7.31, I received an email telling me I had been refunded. If that isn't stellar service, I don't know what is! This company is great: they have fantastic products, provide outstanding customer service and are a real pleasure to deal with. I only wish their courier could match them.

First class customer service.a week before my order was to be delivered, which was a Christmas present I needed to change it. This was due to the recipients hating blue cheese, with an intolerance to soft, facts I only found out that week before!
Obviously this put me on a panic so I e mailed Pong Cheese and they were brilliant. All I had to do was pick some substitutes, which I did, the rest was a piece of cheesecake! Order delivered with alterations as requested.
I have used them before & will continue to do so.

First delivery was placed "apparently" on my door step and not in a SAFE PLACE as described on carriers website (poor delivery service they use). Customer service is premium number which can't call (poor service with pong cheese). And delivery only contained one box not the two I ordered which I only found out once email process has started (poor service from pong) .
Thankfully was speedily refunded for missing item. But not the point.
Sent replacement but with no tracking log (poor pong service) and sat in all day to receive order which has not shown up (poor delivery service)
Email process has started again.

Only used them cos of voucher from Virgin wine.

Appalling! For the second year running my Christmas cheese delivery has not turned up and will be sat sweating on a van somewhere. Should have learnt my lesson last year. Customer service completely unhelpful and don’t care. This is what you get for being a good customer for many years. Shame on you Pong.

I buy from Pong regularly, in fact I have a subscription and nothing has ever gone wrong before, but today I got a delivery that had one cheese missing. I phoned with the details and within the hour I had an email apologising and telling me that the missing cheese was being despatched today for delivery tomorrow. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

Having enjoyed the Pong cheeses previously I ordered a further two selections to be delivered, one for a holiday at the start of December and one for Christmas. I paid just under £5 each time to choose a specific date to fit in with our plans.

On both occasions the courier texted on the day to say they could not deliver and to follow the link to choose another date and time. There was no option to speak to anybody and the suggested dates fell after our holiday and after we had left home.

Both times I rang Pong and asked them to intercede with the couriers. Both times they promised to contact the courier and get back to me and both times they did not. I also requested a refund on the delivery fee and again nothing was forthcoming.

I love the products and cannot recommend the cheeses highly enough but customer service is non existent and reliability leaves a lot to be desired.

I was told that covid, lorry driver shortage and the time of the year are to blame. Really? We havent had issues with any other suppliers - DX seem to have permanent issues…

As things stand I have no cheeses for Christmas and I think in future I will take my custom elsewhere. Shame but 🤷‍♂️

Have used pong cheeses for a few yrs, they've always delivered promptly. The cheeses are all excellent quality. The website is very clear, with brief description of each cheese. Very good co, who I look forward to using in future. Keep up the great work.
