Amazing socks! Bought for myself and my husband and we are now huge fans!

Really poor customer service. Was given a pair of their most expensive winter socks for Christmas (£28). They shrank in a 30 degree wash. I asked for a refund and was only offered a £10 credit note. Pathetic when companies don’t take responsibility for the poor quality of their products. Really disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the glossy website and bright coloured socks.

The socks looked great but shrank after one wash (and I followed the washing instructions). Tried to contact via email and Facebook as well as their contact form and no response.
Since I left a review on Facebook, I’ve been sent a £25 credit note. However I wouldn’t bother again (and it actually £50 worth of socks that were faulty).

I also appear to have been blocked on Facebook/messenger by the company.

Got two pairs of socks for Xmas and after hardly any wear (once per week) both sets had worn out before the end of February. Customer service then just fobbed me off - absolutely shocking quality

Bought a pair of the merino wool cycling socks for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. They started falling apart after one ride, without even putting them through the wash yet! He tried contacting customer service through multiple channels and it's been radio silent with not even the courtesy of a response.
For the price, most definitely not worth it. Take your business elsewhere.

I was nearly put off buying my Pongo socks by these reviews, which in my experience are nonsense.
I'm so glad I wasn't put off and neither should you be.
It's usually me ranting about bad service on here as I hate it if I get it but, Pongo service was fantastic, amazing, and the socks are lush.
First of all I ordered twice by mistake. So I emailed immediately and got an immediate cancellation of the duplicate order and immediate refund of the duplicate payment.
Then my actual order came in super quick time, and the socks are lush. I will be buying more. Alicia at Pongo was brilliant.

I ordered a pair of socks as part of a Christmas present & accidentally put the wrong address in (my fault!!). I didn’t actually realise until a few days after and when contacting customer services, they were no help at all.

I decided to order another pair, in the hope the original pair would be sent back to Pongo, as the address didn’t actually exist.

Turns out, Royal Mail worked out the correct address and the original socks arrived, as well as the new ones I ordered.

I am trying to send back the second pair but the instructions on their website regarding exchanges doesn’t work and after contacting customer services multiple times (through Instagram and email), no answer. I can see my messages have been read on Instagram.

I’m now having to go down the route of contacting my bank.

Awful customer service!

Not very impressed with this company at all, customer service very shoddy, no swift response to emails and it now appears they cannot supply the stock. This is all very frustrating when the product itself looks great.

Bought a pair of socks. Lasted about five rides. Pongo weren't interested because it was outside of 28 days. So apparently their socks are guaranteed for 28 days only. Customer service didn't even reply until the fourth message and then weren't interested in offering any solution. Terrible socks. Even worse customer service.

Bought a pair of Pongo Aero socks. First time I tried them on it was clear that the design was such that they just would not stay up. They have no elastic - just a couple of silicon strips which are all but useless. Sure enough a few minutes into my first ride they were flapping around my ankles.

I contacted Pongo directly with feedback and they chose to ingore me. I tried to contact them via social media with the same outcome.

The aero sock now seems to have been discontinued so I assume I am not alone in finding the design is flawed. Pongo chose to bury their head in the sand rather than respond to feedback and for that I give them 1 star.

Poor show.

Still waiting for 2 pairs of socks that I ordered over a week ago.

I wish I could say more positive things about these socks. They look awesome - was excited to wear them out on a big ride. The material also feels like quality. Unfortunately my enthusiasm faded quite quickly when I realized that all the pairs of socks I bought were discolored after one wash! For more than 10GBP a pair I expected more. To add to my frustration - their customer service is slow to respond and when they finally did reply to my email they suggested that it was my fault - I should not have bleached my socks! (I don't use bleach) Well, my other workout clothes (lululemon, etc) have survived countless washes without fading!

Great Socks for cycling! Quality product at a decent price.
