Pooch & Mutt Reviews

Another big order!

Whilst recently o. Holiday I placed an order or two… everything arrived as expected with quick delivery. Whilst some boxes were slightly damaged (assuming how they were stacked inside the delivery van) no products were damaged. The driver kindly left our 5 parcels with a kind neighbour and we loved unboxing our Christmas order. Thanks team

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from Ellie at Pooch & Mutt!

I recently ordered gut health tests for both my pugs, Ellie and Oreo, and unfortunately made a mistake when registering the tests. Ellie went out of her way not once, but twice, to help me resolve the issue. She kindly arranged for the test to be reset and gave me the opportunity to submit the correct questionnaires for both dogs.

Throughout the process, her service has been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. She genuinely went above and beyond what I would have expected, and it made what could have been a frustrating experience so easy and pleasant.

As a lovely little bonus, her name is Ellie too! 🐾💛

Pooch & Mutt are incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company based on the experience I’ve had.

Thank you, Ellie, for your kindness and for going the extra mile for me and my girls! 🐶🐶❤️

We’ve been using pooch and mutt now for over a year, from our puppy right up to our pensioner at 14! We have 6 dogs with a variety of needs, the dogs love their food, always stood at the kitchen door waiting. With quick delivery, we never run out

We love Pooch & Mutt! Lots of variety of treats and food for different dogs, with healthy ingredients.

We’ve always loved Pooch & Mutt since Ralph was a pup! They cater for all dogs (and cats) and for all of their requirements. Easily accessible website with so many amazing products!

Cooper loves the treats from PoochandMutt and they have such a variety. Delivery is always quick and we love what they stand for.

We’ve recently changed our dogs food to Pooch & Mutts Salmon fresh dry kibble. And what a difference it has made! Less itching , better stools and he seems to love it!

Not to be trusted. NO telephone number, do not respond to messages. Unauthorised debit from my account.
When you receive a message to say your order is on its way and then find your personal account has been debited without permission and the next day they are trying to deliver the items, your reaction is WHAT! This is sharp practice, they know what they are doing. When you repeatedly message them and hear nothing from them you become suspicious.
I have had to cancel my card , report this as fraud and inform trading standards of this activity.
Make your own mind up, the type of company that avoids direct contact (no phone number) and does not respond to your multiple messages is avoiding something.

My dog absolutely loves Pooch & Mutt! We’ve been using the food, treats and supplements for many years and everything seems to agree with him really well. He’s healthy, happy and full of energy and we’ve been so pleased with ail the products we’ve tried. I would definitely recommend Pooch & Mutt to other dog owners! 🐾❤️

Gut Health test was discounted, so I decided to order it. It took over 5 weeks to send the results! Well, a complete waste of time!! Totally ridiculous, generic info; I could have told myself that!
I am really unhappy! Please do not waste your money on this useless report, which is completely generically fake! I don't even believe it was checked. A brand that I really trusted, and yet they provide this shocking report!

Things positively affecting your score
Activity
Dogs that have more than 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity a day tend to have greater microbiome diversity. Regular exercise supports a healthier, more resilient gut.

Antibiotics
While antibiotics can be life-saving, they may disrupt the gut microbiome, and the effects can last for up to 12 months without appropriate microbiome support afterwards.

Sex
Male dogs tend to have slightly higher microbiome diversity than females.

Things negatively affecting your score
Neutering
Neutered dogs, particularly females, often have lower microbiome diversity. This is important to consider when interpreting your dog’s results.

Size/Weight
Small and toy breeds generally have lower microbiome diversity. This may be linked to their faster metabolism and unique dietary needs.

Diet
Introducing recommended complementary superfoods as toppers or treats can help support a richer, more diverse microbiome.

This feedback is ridiculous - I can tell this without needing a £60 report.

We have used Pooch&Mutt for years and would not feed our dogs anything else. My almost 2 year old cocker spaniel is thriving on the calm and relaxed range and the supplements are giving her the best start. We highly recommend Pooch&Mutt for all dogs.
