Poole Lighting Factory Shop  Reviews

Great Service and Quality

Fantastic customer service from Neil and Maja - replacement part acquired for a light and sent out to me very quickly with minimal hassle! Thank you I am very appreciative

Really quick and efficient great company to deal with

Quick delivery, kept updated throughout. Goods perfectly packaged.

Found this light online from Poole. Much better value than else where. The courier failed to deliver according to the tracker but Poole immediately resolved this issue. Communication was 100%.

Quick delivery. Delighted!!

Lampshades were superbly priced. Delivery was okay, Would’ve preferred RoyalMail for convenience options.
Love the lampshades!

Lovely looking lights, they really make our diner look good.
Ordering from Poole Lighting was straight forward and the parcel came the next day.
Can’t fault anything of the whole procedure and would recommend these light fittings and the company.
Thank you.

I thought your prices were very affordable and there were plenty of traditional and modern fittings to choose from. I was pleased with my purchase and the quality of the fitting, but I was surprised to see the name Dunelm on the fitting instruction leaflet.

Best place to bag a bargain with incredible reductions on manufacturers RRP. And the service is excellent with quick delivery. I am very happy with the quality of all the lighting i have purchased from this company and it often exceeds my expectations.

Found the outside lights I wanted but they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else so I ordered one as a test
It was delivered the next day, the quality was superb, it came with a five year warranty and it was easy to fit
I was so pleased that I ordered another five to replace all the lights on my house

came as advertised, excellent

Easy to order quick delivery

This light is exactly what I needed. Although they retail through B&Q, you can order direct from the manufacturer and it's cheaper! Presumably because the retailer doesn't need to add on their bit of the profit.

Ordering was easy via the website, the light was despatched quickly and delivered in the promised timescale. I will definitely come back to this company when I next need to buy lighting.

Excellent service and products, very pleased with everything I’ve bought

Bought a lovely table lamp, called Mrs
It has a little face on it, it is supposed to be a second, i can’t see anything wrong with it at all.
I only paid £20 for it but have seen it on
Another website for £53
Delivery was very quick too.

Great website, and they had exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and it was sent very quickly. It was well packaged and the price was excellent. Well done Poole Lightning. I will be using you again. Many thanks.

Couldn’t recommend them more. I broke my lamp and was desperate to find a replacement. Order this and it was delivered within a matter of days I was so shocked at how fast it was!
