I ordered two remora battery packs from this company. Neither of them worked or would charge correctly. When I contacted customer service - they informed me to contact Hammerhead directly. I didn't buy these units from Hammerhead, I purchased from Poolweb. DO NOT PUCHASE FROM POOL WEB

Poolweb resolved a shipping issue to my satisfaction. Poolweb made things right and I appreciate their efforts and the ultimate solution.

Pool Web is a top notch, 5 Star business. Unlike MOST, they replied immediately to my inquiry, made several suggestions on my issue, gave me options, followed through with the outcome. Orderes replacement heat exchanger for my pool. Installed it and it failed in less than 2 months. Poolweb refused to replace stating manufacturer wouldn't replace it. Raypak(manufacturer) replaced part with only 3 phone calls. Poolweb is a BUYER BEWARE! they will not follow their advertised warranty from their website. DONT BUY FROM POOLWEB

I order replacement parts that were showing in-stock for my pool cleaner on 08/02/2025. Recieved and e-mail that the estimated shipping date would be 08/21/2025. On 8/27 /2025 received an update that the new shipping date would be 09/04/2025. then once that date had passed on 9/08/2205 received an e-mail the product would ship from their warehouse on 10/02/2025. At this point canceled my order from another company which was then able to ship the exact same order in 48 hours.

Overall price looked good. Communication were poor, estimations on shipping dates were not timely or accurate.

Prices compared to other websites for the exact same parts are double the price. Sad to see corporate greed get in the way of handicap accesories.

Dishonest thieves. Took my money, order never shipped and no tracking number was provided. Customer service never responded. Had to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money back. This website is a scam.

Do not buy from them. They will not warranty products that are defective. They shipped us a broken/defective diving board and then had us contact multiple distributors and manufacturers. After everyone told us poolweb was responsible to warranty this, They informed us that now the warranty had expired.

Their shipping takes 2 weeks minimum. You can pay $36 or $75 to get it faster. Don't pay the extra it will take the same amount of time. They will send you an email 2 weeks after ordering stating that they are delayed and give a $5 coupon. Do not use this company.

Ordered 5 items from them. Item #1 showed as "in stock" on their website but was cancelled from the order 3 days later because the item had been discontinued months before. Items #2-5 showed "7-10 days to ship", after 12 days had gone by with no shipping, and nothing but cut-and-paste responses from them, I finally cancelled the order after they said they "hoped it would be shipped soon" but somehow thought that a $5.00 coupon for future orders would solve it all. Bad news guys--no future orders from me are in your future. SAD effort!!!

Their return policy is as worthless as the paper it is written on. I purchased an in-ground pool leveler. It fits nothing on my pool. I wanted to return the piece and they said I had to have an RMA number. Never got one. The cost to return the bits is 40% of the original cost of the product. Well, it would be if you could get an RMA number.

Be forewarned, if you plan to purchase anything from this company you don't care if you never see your money back and you will never care if the product works or not. The only realistic thing you can do is throw it and your money in the garbage. If the bits you ordered works then consider investing in Lottery tickets because it's your lucky day.

I received two 50-pound buckets of PH reducer. That comes in granules, the granules were stuck together so hard I couldn't chisel through them. I am aware that clumping can happen, but what I received was one solid block that would need to be cut out of the bucket and maybe ran through a rock crusher. I sent them videos and they deemed it "useable" and wouldn't do anything for me. Just ignored common sense to save themselves a few bucks.

BUYER BEWARE: Bought a pool pump for just under $260.00 that failed well within their stated "warranty period." Notified Poolweb of the pump failure less than 4 months after installation. They offered less than $120.00 store credit on a replacement pump (plus shipping). When I questioned why so little they stated the warranty begins when I placed my order not when I received the pump nor when I installed the pump (a week after receipt). Worthless product from a deceptive company.

Never respond to warranty requests and cancelled your orders out of the blue

I ordered Pentair pool filters from a Google search. There was supposed to be 4 and they sent 1 for $156.78. I called Pool Web support and they said $156.78 is for 1. I asked for a refund I had the item for maybe one hour and a half and I returned it unopened! I even paid for my own shipping. They charge me a 25% Restocking fee! BS.. I would never buy anything from that company again if there was the last pool supply in the world!!
Bait & switch in the Google ad then they rip you off!

I purchased 2 pool lights and 1 Spa light. Unfortunately the spa light color is not the same as my pool lights. The same Blue was ordered for both. I spoke with Danielle and I’m being told the reason the colors don’t match is because my pool is painted. My pool is not and has never been painted. She told me I have to take this up with the manufacturer. I am of the opinion this company’s customer service is less than desirable. I will never purchase from them again.

I recd a box of junk. They was not shrink wrapped. No protective materiel in box to protect the item. The box was destroyed due to lousy packaging of used materials.

Steer clear
