Order never arrived and no help from customer service
I ordered a sweatshirt in March. It was a splurge as their items are far more expensive than I’m used to paying, but I really wanted this and decided to go ahead and get it. SIX WEEKS LATER and the website still says the item is “pre-transit” with no estimated delivery date. I checked on the website and it says my size is in stock, so I don’t know why there’s such a delay. The website also says customers in the U.S. should expect their order in 5-10 days. I would not have ordered a sweatshirt if I knew I wouldn’t get it until summer, and I wouldn’t have paid shipping on any item if I knew it would take this long.
I used the help center on their website to send a message about this, and first I was irritated that they made me create an account with them to send the message. Then the person responded with no help or answer other than “use this link to submit a delivery claim.” So I did that, and now I have no idea if that means they are sending me a new one, sending me the original one, refunding me… no answers. It just had me put my order number and address in and click submit, basically. I will never order from Popflex again and I certainly don’t recommend it.

I don't understand the reviews, I ordered 2 items from france : one time for the pirouette dress and another time for the cloud hoodie, and 3rd is the shortie onsoe.
The clothes are very good quality, materials are very good and as high quality as the brand claims it to be, I washed both many many many times and never had any issues with the fabric.
Sizing is as expected, the dress fits amazing on my usual size ( M ), the hoodie fits perfectly as well.
The onsie is too low clivage for me bit that's personal, the fabric again makes me feel supported, comfortable to workout in.
About customer service they've been extremely helpful for me when my package got lost.
The shipping is good, I never had to pay extra taxes ( again I'm from france ) and the shipping took about 10/15 days, 3 weeks when I bought on black friday which is normal.
I 100% recommend this brand, I plan on getting the pirouette skirts and some tank tops.
Manipulative support and deceptive sales tactics
It is incredibly ironic to watch Cassie Ho talk all day on TikTok about how much she cares about her customers and product quality, when in reality, the exact opposite is true. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Popflex regarding the "Perfect Plain Pant." Since I was torn between two lengths, I followed their website’s advice and contacted support immediately after ordering to clarify which size would fit. Instead of providing the necessary information, the support agent intentionally fed me vague, useless details and stalled the conversation until the package had already shipped.
When I finally confronted her about why she didn't help me sooner and asked what I was supposed to do if the pants didn't fit, she dismissively replied: "Oh, you can just return them." She knew the size chart was insufficient for my decision, yet she pushed the sale through. Now that they have my money, I am being completely ignored. Their "easy exchange" policy is a total lie for international customers, as the option is technically blocked in their portal, and they expect me to pay 50€ to return an item that was only shipped because of their deceptive stalling tactics. To top it off, the quality is disappointing: after just 30 minutes on a low-heat wool cycle, the drawstring lost its shape and is now ruined.
The customer support is non-existent, and the company prioritizes shady sales tactics over actual integrity. Save yourself the stress and buy your sportswear elsewhere.

Jean quality is all time bad for the pricing. After 1 wash hang dry, seams fall apart and hole in fabric. It's completely overpriced. I would take your money and invest in different brands for the price point.

I would give zero stars if I could. In ordered a swimsuit and they sent me the wrong one/size but are saying it’s not eligible for return or exchange even though THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE. My order very clearly states the size I ordered. It’s a scam.
TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY

When I reached out to get assistance after I received my email confirmation they wanted to charge me$6 to return the item I never ordered. This is after I had to jump through hoops to get ride of the “returned insurance” because OF COURSE it wasn’t available on the check out page. Horrible experience!
Not friendly for international orders
Beware when ordering from outside of the United States, you need to pay your own return which was 45 euros in my case from Europe. Only order things that don’t require checking for sizes. I used their chart guidance carefully and matched 2 of their sizes, and of-course my random choice between the 2 was wrong. Even though the size issue is caused by their confusing sizing charts, they refused to match the Black Friday prices I bought the items for, so if I buy again on top of the 45 euros return, I need to pay a higher cost just because the size advice in their charts was wrong. I would have been happy if at least they matched the original prices, but their support team just turned a blind eye to this. 2 stars instead of 1 because the designs were amazing. I follow Cassey on YouTube and she seems very nice so I’m quite saddened by this, I don’t feel like re-buying the products due to their lack of flexibility in this case that was clearly caused by them.
Run small
Run small. I followed the sizing chart. Do not expect the petite to fit larger thighs. I thought this brand was inclusive, but theyre not. The crisscross design is also really uncomfortable and rolls down. Customer service stated they do not make exceptions, but they’ll be sure to charge for return and exchange protection on your order and then not honor it. Scam.
Flared criss cross leggings have changed
I ordered the flared criss cross leggings in forestwood, XL, petite which is the same size I have for the black and previously sold French roast colour. For some reason, the forestwood ones I have just purchased are really loose at the bottom compared to the others. I have attached photos of how loose they are compared to the French roast and the black ones.
Just wanted to update this. I spoke with a lady called Jess from customer service and she was very helpful and resolved this issue for me. Because of the positive customer service, I’ve changed this from a 3 to a 4 as when I have bought from Popflex in the past, I have always been really happy with the clothing.

Beautiful clothes, shipped to Finland without customs hassle
I ordered to Finland and was really impressed by how they handled it. Usually, every time I ordered something from the USA the shipping was really expensive and then when the package arrived I had to declare it and pay even more for vat/ customs. But with my popflex order, that didnt happen.
They used this "Bring" service that ships the package to denmark first. Because of this my package technically came from denmark so I didnt have to declare or pay anyting when the package arrived.
The shipping costing 15 dollars to finland and already including vat is a really good deal in comparison to what I am used to from USA based online shops.
I am also very happy with the clothes. I got the taylor swift skirt, the "perfect tee" in the matching color and the criss cross skleggings. All of them fit perfectly and look more flattering on me than I expected. The material is very soft and stretchy and the pockets are large and convenient.
I am definitely going to order from Popflex again

Absolutely disastrous return experience. The website/profile account defaults to 30d return window even after purchasing "Unlimited Returns..." etc, which should have 45d window. Customer service will NOT correct or help with the issue!!!

Their shipping and return service is not accommodating at all. You may pay up to the price of the product to return for something like sizing issues.
Their customer service is mixed. You might get a rude representative that you do their job for to make any progress.
It's to the point where you have to pray there's no mistake on your part, their part, or any third party's part to enjoy shopping here. Who needs that stress when shopping??
It's such a shame because I like their products a lot; items that they themselves wear because women designed it for women! (It's insane that this is a marketing point.)
People are quick to judge the synthetic materials label as if organic materials cannot be made wastefully and into poor quality fabric. Polyester (as POPFLEX proves) can be durable and quality; it has to be designed with that purpose.
I feel like the money I paid (excluding the exorbitant shipping) was actually used to design and develop the product.
In conclusion, right now? No.
Maybe if they lessen their "instagram image" and be more professional, their customer service will actually be consistently competent.
Maybe if they decide to better accommodate the potential of the international market, the service will be reasonable and affordable.

Good products, bad service
The hoodie I ordered was comfortable and well-made, but that's about it. Even though I typically order a medium-large, their reviews all recommended ordering a size down, so I got a small-medium. It was still massive. Also, the color was much lighter than pictured. I had paid extra for "unlimited returns and exchanges." I will still charged shipping for my return so instead of getting $54 back, I would only get $47...even though I paid for unlimited returns and exchanges. I saved my receipt when I dropped the package off at USPS. I got an email a week later saying they hadn't received my return. I emailed customer service with my receipt and tracking number, which showed that the package HAD been received. Customer serviced only credited my return AFTER I reached out to them with documentation. The clothing is fine but the customer service is a joke.
Fulfilment and shipping is a sh* show
Update: Their avoidable delays now cost me €90 to reship. You'll get the stuff you order from China faster. The product is nice but the customer service is a JOKE. It's a shame because I would have ordered more stuff. They should probably close international sales - it is that bad. I used to have sympathy for the owner who was getting her designs copied a lot but seeing how her company treats her customers... it's probably her karma, sorry not sorry.
So I ordered two things believing they'll arrive a little bit faster than the stuff from China since US and the EU have fast shipping lanes... boy was I wrong! I ordered two things at different times and the second thing I ordered 8 days ago is still unfulfilled. I messaged support and although they offered a small voucher as compensation, they didn't solve any problems. My shipment is still not moving.
The first thing I ordered has been stuck on "Passport doesn't have the package" since 7 days, and it also took about 5 days to fulfil. They told me to message them if that status doesn't change in 20 business days.
If they can't sort out their Sh* then why not close international shipping until you are able to fulfil and ship like a normal company?
The product looks nice but I haven't seen it. I explained to them that I am also leaving the country at some point and most likely my parents would have to reship.
They are too busy with TikTok marketing but they really need to work on their customer support, fulfilment and shipping - it's really inferior to pretty much every other ecommerce company lol
Do not order if you are international
If you are not from the US do not order! Your package will be stopped at customs, you will receive a fee and you will have to go through a long bureaucratic process if you want to cancel the order and receive a refund. There is no customer service number you can call to discuss this with a person.
