I wanted to try the app using the trial version, so I signed up and paid for the trial. After the trial period ended, it appeared in the app that my subscription had been cancelled, so I assumed everything was finished. I didn’t enjoy the workouts and had no intention of continuing with a paid subscription.

However, despite the app showing that my subscription had ended, I was unexpectedly charged for another billing period of around three months, costing a significant amount of money.

I contacted customer support immediately, explained that this was a mistake, and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, the company was unwilling to help. Instead of refunding the money for a subscription I never intended to continue, they only offered to convert it into a one-year subscription. That solution was completely useless to me because I simply don’t like the workouts and have no interest in using the app.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. The subscription process was misleading, and the customer service showed no flexibility or understanding. I would not recommend this app.

Beware of Postureletics.

The app itself was disappointing. The exercises were extremely basic, repetitive, and not worth the subscription price. I stopped using it after about a week because I saw no real benefit.

What made the experience worse was the billing practice. I initially paid a discounted price, then was automatically charged $38.95 for the next month without receiving a renewal reminder. Because the subscription was purchased through their website, it also did not appear under my Apple subscriptions.

I contacted support the same day I noticed the renewal charge and explained that I did not intend to continue using the service. They refused to refund it, even though the new billing period had just started.

Be very careful when signing up. Make sure you cancel immediately if you do not want to be charged the full monthly price. In my experience, the app provided very little value, and the company showed no flexibility when I requested a same-day refund.

A scam, nothing more. Do not fall for this trap.

The annual charge from Postureletics came as a complete surprise to me.

This experience suggests a lack of consideration for customers who choose not to proceed after trying the service.

When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund despite the timing and the fact that I had no intention of continuing. This feels less like a fair subscription model and more like a trap designed to catch people out on technicalities.

A company confident in its product wouldn’t need to rely on rigid, zero-flexibility policies to extract money from customers who clearly don’t want the service. The complete lack of goodwill or customer care here is disappointing.

Be very careful if you sign up—set multiple reminders and cancel well in advance, because if you miss the cutoff by even a small margin, you may be charged and have no recourse.

I’ll be raising this with my payment provider and consumer protection channels as well.
