Bought a Nextbase dashcam loom with a "Control box" that Powerful claim puts the camera to sleep when not in use - it does not, it is just a permanent live feed so the dashcam never goes off.
The responses I have had are from people who obviously have no electrical auto knowledge at all.
Beware the false advertising, it's a con.

Not only is their range of bespoke products amazing, but their installation videos are also top quality. Attention to detail in product and video installation advise is spot on. Keep up the great work, I often watch the videos when browsing YouTube, always great to watch

I needed to replace the jaded 'Supercharged' badge on my Range Rover SPORT.
Firstly, I was very impressed with the quality and ease of use of the website - it's very professional and I was able to confidently locate and order the correct badge. The badge arrived in the post within 2 days - and delivery was free.
The fitting instructions on the website are accurate and simple to follow - the package included a cleaning wipe.
To add icing to the cake, I made a follow up enquiry (via email) with the customer service team (I wanted to know if there was a template for fitting the badge).
Alicia replied within only a few hours - and even took a photo that she included in the response to show what was available!

I have used powerful UK, for the better part of the last 10 years. I have owned several Land Rovers from Range Rover, range rover sport, discovery, and defenders. They are responsive, available and understanding. I’ve read several of the reviews below. I am astounded to learn of people who call their parts, cheap and their customer service bad. I don’t understand why or how that could be the case after over a decade of buying parts from them. I have spent thousands to say the least. They are indeed on another time zone, so I do not expect an immediate reply, as I am in the United States. But other than that delay, they are responsive, helpful and always willing to exchange or make good on any one of the items that may not work, which is seldom necessary. I have purchased so many items over the years that I can’t think of one time I’ve had a problem . This company is my Go to source for all parts necessary for my three Land Rover defenders all Range Rovers discovery and more. Simon is a gem, the videos are outstanding and anyone who loves their rover is lucky to have this company in business.

Hi I purchased a light bar back in 2022 for my rr sport recently 2 of the leds gave up contacted the company they couldn’t do enough to help giving a full refund which I didn’t expect tbh

Shame they only use cheap poor quality parts now then block you on eBay when you ask for a refund as their £400 rear lights last a week and go faulty. Keep blocking me, I’ll keep finding ways to warn others. Do better. Stop selling rubbish and trying to rip people off 👍🏻

I’ve bought the puddle l e d lights and most recently, the Overhead Console 'Dashcam' Wiring Kit - Tap-in Loom + USB-A Adapter. This was for our freelander2. Dead easy to install, especially after watching the how to demonstration on YouTube.

So easy to navigate the website too, all the info is there but don’t be afraid to ask.
This retailer has great ideas in car accessories, and we like what we see.

Purchased the Led interior lights upgrade for my RR L405. Was an absolute doddle to fit and I’m a total DIY phobe. Great product. No tools or skill needed so don’t worry about that. Thanks guys. Second item I’ve purchased from this company and both have been great.

Ordered gloss black svo grill for my L405 supercharged. Arrived on time is of a decent quality and fits perfect!

I wanted a standard front bumper for my defender and thought I’d go for the middle of the rd one from powerful, it wasn’t the cheapest I’d found or the dearest, when it arrived and I inspected it and found it was very poorly made the welding was not great, unfortunately I damaged it by accidentally dropping it on the end so I couldn’t return it , but I would have if I could .
I think you could probably get the same quality bumper for about half the price.
Customer service was ok .

Only removed my goods 4 hrs ago badge vents and repeater sidelights.
1 side light has come apart while fitting
The badge has fallen off the grill already.
The vents are near on impossible to fit unless you remove the inner sleave due to the tang not being wide enough to accept the lup on pannel took it to pannel shop where they tried to fit but refused. So I gave it a go and 2 top tangs unsurprisingly broke hopefully I'll get a refund

No problems at all.

Great source of aftermarket and upgrade parts for the new Defender. l've bought two items from them. One was a rear scuff plate that Land Rover wanted over £300 for as part of a package. But Powerful sold me
just the scuff plate for £110

l've just received the rear towing hooks, the price was very reasonable and despite weighing over 5kg postage was free.
Delivery was also fast, not a given these days.

Purchased a replacement front grill for my Discovery 3. After fitting had a problem removing it to replace a headlight bulb and inadvertently broke one of the lower clips. Emailed customer support and received a replacement within a week. Excellant communication and customer support. Highly Recommended.
