A great well run family company, we had our first unit fitted 3 years ago. They made a brilliant job, tidy and gave a thorough explanation of how to use it. We are now on our third aircon unit, that shows the trust we have with PRA Air conditioning.

Grate people, trustworthy, and they did a bostin job

We had an air conditioning unit fitted into our race truck, not an easy job but the guys from PRA handled it with precision and over came the issues they faced. The job was perfect. The initial advice was exactly what we needed to guide us to make the right choice.

I reached out to a few companies and PRA where the most efficient and arrange a meeting to review, at this point they got the units working and there member of staff was excellent, we since have signed up and again they could not do more for us

Fantastic, emailed for a price, confirmed, came in and sorted, easy dealing with, just how it should be !

They ere able to send someone out the same day when our air conditioner started making funny noises. Were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a week. Courteous and friendly team from the guys that came in to the people we spoke with on the phone.

We went out for quotations with two companies for a single A/C unit in our bedroom. PRA was the most clear on answering our long list of questions and giving excellent advice/options.

The service manager (Lucy) was great and spent time to answer questions prior to us accepting the quotation

The fitting experience was very professional with the two fitters doing a great job and agreeing all the detail up front prior to starting work. The final product looks really great and work very well

One big selection criteria for us is that we did not want a "one man band". PRA are a family business and really give confidence about longjevity.

Neil and the team have just finished installing my home's air conditioning.
The install was superb, well explained, Lucy and the team answered all my pre-install questions so we were well organised on the day.
They arrived on time, neat, tidy, polite and finished on time with everything cleared away and rubbish removed.....just need some sun now instead of the rain! Thanks Paul and everyone at PRA

If price is your number one consideration, then this company is not for you. But if you want a great quality job, great equipment and a smooth running project from first enquiry, design and quotation and a first rate, tidy install then this is the company for you.

PRA are always willing to provide and support advice for my installation, including provision of maintenance agreements. Their teams are always friendly, pragmatic and professional.

All dealt with professionally and courteously.

Contacted PRA after the usual company that does our maintenance was too busy to assist, and really glad they were because PRA have been brilliant. Quick turnaround with lots of options available, and at a fair price as well. Will be using them in the future again.

PRA were able to come out and undertake maintenance/service within days of the initial call. The engineer (Paul) was polite, efficient and helped explain what was required. No hesitation in contacting them again.

PRA Fitted our air conditioning and the service and attention to detail were second to none. The units work fantastically well and we have never had any problems. Annual services and occasional deep cleans have kept us working perfectly and I couldn't be without my air con!. Highly recommend PRA, fantastic company. Paul looks after his clients so well. Service completed today to the usual high standard.

Their team was incredibly helpful from start to finish. After contacting them, they scheduled a quick visit to assess my old unit and discuss my options. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear recommendations based on my home's size and cooling needs. The installation day was smooth; the crew was prompt and worked diligently, keeping me informed throughout the process. They even went the extra mile by cleaning up after the installation, which I greatly appreciated. Since getting the new AC unit, my energy bills have decreased, and my home has never felt more comfortable.

I enquired about the installation of a new unit at our premises and the gentleman who came was polite, down to earth and honest about the work required. The 2 young gentleman who carried out the installation were both very polite and professional and they ensured there was no disruption in the waiting area.

Lucy quoted me for the work promptly and sent over all documentation without delay. I was also contacted as an appointment slot came up sooner. We have now decided to have both our air conditioning units maintained with PRA.
