I went in to get a recommendation from Bev who is doing my treatment since November, 2023
and she recommended two products, for which I received two cards for two free gifts

Psoricalm works pretty well, while it will not heal psoriasis it will soot the skin & reduce the redness

I'd like to find out who sold me this product today at Jordan Creek Mall in Des Moines, Iowa. He really was special! He made me feel Beautiful. He deserves a medal for his passion in selling this skincare. I can't wait to give it a try.

I highly recommend their products. I bought the premier prestige concentrated facial serum and I can already see the results in a space of less than two weeks.

I received my replacement jar along with little complimentary gifts! I want to give a big thank you to Jackelyn S from Premier who has been nothing but understanding and supportive! She did an excellent job and I truly appreciate all she did for me.
I want to reiterate the Premier Dead Sea Products really are very good; I will continue to recommend them to friends and family, and will continue to purchase them in the future.

I received the 4 Milk and Honey Body Butter jars on December 9th, packed in a beautiful box. Unfortunately one of them ended up broken in the package. Three times I emailed the Premier Dead Sea US Customer Service and included pictures of the broken jar – to date I have received no response. I even called customer support once, spoke with a woman named Jackelyn S., she opened a ticket for me and asked me to email her the pictures, again, which I did – that was 16 days ago, still nothing, no response, no action to replace the product.
I really do like the Milk and Honey Body Butter product and still recommend it to anyone with dry skin, as the product does absorb and make your skin feel hydrated for a long time. But I am very disappointed in the company ignoring this issue, and not replacing the $60.00 jar that arrived broken during shipping – not very professional at all, and for that experience I do not recommend buying from them.

The young lady at the store gave a pleasant, informative and friendly presentation of the products available from your company. She was very knowledgeable of the product and very patient and kind. She showed/demonstrated the products to me that she thought we best for my skin. She also listened to my opinions and feedback to customize my purchase to be sure I would be happy about my purchase.

I started using the salt and the peeling mask, and I love the products is amazing how my skin feels, smooth and soft.
I highly recommend the products for people with skin problems like acne, black and dark spots.

Las cremas geniales, serán muy buenas y todo lo que quiera la marca, pero la manera de vender tan agresiva, es muy tremenda. Te hacen sentir mal, culpable si no te las llevas, te abordan y preguntan mil cosas para que te sientas peor, además de la presión que sientes cuando dices que NO.
NO recomiendo para nada el comprar en esta tienda SOLO por el acoso que recibes para comprar. Encima, NO ADMITEN DEVOLUCIONES, y en ningún momento te lo anuncian. Te hacen sentir muy mal cada vez que les dices que no, intentan vendértelo sí o sí. No te dejan ni si quiera recapacitar con los precios tan altísimos que tienen.
Yo he caído en la trampa y al recapacitar al llegar a casa, me he dado cuenta de que NO tenía que haberlo comprado, solo por el abordamiento que he sufrido. CENTRO DE PLAZA MAYOR EN MÁLAGA, NO ENTRÉIS. SI OS INTENTAN ACOSAR OFRECIENDOOS MUESTRAS Y COSAS GRATIS DECID QUE NO, ES UN ABORDAJE INNECESARIO.

I have been using these products for years. Usually, I picked them up when traveling to the US for work. Since COVID my work no longer requires travel to the US so I ordered some products online. I understood that it would cost me a little more with the US to CAD exchange rate and custom fees...even though the product was shipped from Israel to the US and then to Canada.
I ordered almost $800 worth of products. First there was confusion regarding my mailing address which was clearly stated upon purchase so my products were not shipped until 2 weeks after the order was placed. I ordered 2 items for my mother, the face cream was fine but the face mask did not have plastic wrap around the box and there was no plastic seal/cover under the lid. I took photos of the item and sent an email to customer service regarding this fact and that my mother doesn't feel safe using a product that arrived unsealed... especially in this day and age. Customer service did not get back to me. I sent another email and after over a week I received the following response:
"The product you ordered came in the write way, the box does not come with clear plastic wrap, only with the box closed and a plastic cover on top of the cream container."
Maybe it is true that the box does not come with plastic wrap but as they stated... it should have come with a plastic cover/seal under the lid. The fact is I paid a premium price for a premium product and one of the items did not arrive in a new unopened state.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. They offered no suggestions on how to make this situation right! I won't order from this company again and will advise friends and family to do the same!

I have been using Premiers Body Butter and the body scrub for years now, and I am never let down, they are so reliable and consistent with their formula, would defiantly recommend!! :)

Using the Premier eye cream, facial serum and the body treatments for over 7 years , those are my favorite products by far (:

Su forma de abordar a los clientes es muy insistente, me sentí obligada casi a comprar sus productos , primero me hicieron probar una crema la cual acepte y me convencieron de llevármela pero después me ofrecieron un tratamiento facial gratis el cual acepte y ahí empezó mi tormento al echarme sus productos y al final a pesar de decirles que no que me voy a hacer de deudas, no quiero gastar tanto me decían “ pero con tu tarjeta de crédito puedes pagarlo a cuotas” de verdad me hicieron sentir tan mal que termine comprándolo son casi 2mil soles que me he sentido obligada a comprar y no se como voy a pagarlos , veo que no soy la primera en pasar esto . Por favor deben medirse más a la hora de vender no saben el daño que le hacen a los demás . Mi experiencia fue en Mega plaza-Lima Peru
