I have tried for over a week to contact customer service and never get an answer, can't even leave a message. I have also reached out via email and no one will answer that either!

I finally received the products after 2 months the orders has been placed. And I am very dissatisfied from the service!! It took almost 2 months for the shippment, there’s no one responsible for the customer service!! When I received the products, dirt everywhere!! One of my products is broken and some of the lids from the products, are either damaged or broken!! How disappointed should a customer be when she paid for over $200 with such a service and products!!!

A mí me ocurrió ayer igual que a este señor en Málaga, las chicas muy amables pero en cuestión de segundos tienes que decidir comprar algo que para mí es de precio desorbitado y creo que hay que pensarlo, pero la chica no te da opción a ello tienes que comprar sí o sí , porque si no te hace sentir mal es más me dijo q después del tiempo que había perdido conmigo que si me iba a ir sin comprar nada , pero que ella también me hizo perder el tiempo a mí.
Ya no sé el resultado que darán estas cremas por el precio más vale que sea evidente y efectivo.

Lousy and misleading service, almost at the level of a "scam". They use a method based on the recruitment at the door of the store and aggressive sales, basically do not let you leave the store until you have not bought, belittle your skin and make you feel that you need to buy the product you are trying, which by the way if you investigate you can find other equal or better products in much larger packages at a more competente price (and very prestigious brands). The people who "work" in the store use psychology to make the customer feel bad. Not content with that, they sell you in an xxl size box a product the size of your little finger. And yes, you guessed it right, they have a no return policy, no matter if you bought the box five minutes ago and it is brand new without removing the lamination, NO RETURN IS POSSIBLE. And of course, they don't warn you, nor is there a clearly visible sign that warns you as it happens in all establishments, just "it says it in small print on the purchase ticket once you have already paid" read all the reviews, I will not be the first or the last to be scammed, but if it depends on me it won't happen to anyone else. I put a one because this website does not allow to put ZEROS.

Servicio pésimo y engañoso, casi a la altura de una “estafa”. Utilizan un método basado en la captación en la puerta del local y de venta agresivo, básicamente no te dejan salir de tienda hasta que no has comprado, menosprecian tu piel y te hacen sentir que necesitas obligatoriamente comprar el producto que te están probando, que por cierto si se investiga podéis encontrar otros igual o mejores en envases mucho más grandes a un precio más competente (y de marcas muy prestigiosas). Las personas que “trabajan” en el local utilizan la psicología para hacer sentir mal al cliente. No conformes con eso, te venden en una caja tamaño xxl un producto del tamaño del dedo meñique. Y sí, adivináis bien, tiene una política de no devolución, da igual que hayas comprado la caja hace cinco minutos y que esté nueva sin quitar el plastificado NO HAY DEVOLUCIÓN POSIBLE. Y por supuesto, no lo avisan, ni hay un cartel claramente visible que lo advierta como pasa en todos los establecimientos, simplemente “lo pone en pequeño en el ticket de compra una vez ya has pagado” leed todas las reseñas, no seré la primera ni la última a la que timan, pero si depende de mi no le va a pasar a nadie más. Pongo un uno porque esta página no permite poner CEROS.

Was very sad and poor my last experience.I had 20 years using Premier products and never happened to me.
1- there was a mistake with the product I was imposible to correct it.
2- The blue container faded and my hands were stained blue and the lid broke.
If is the container quality I do not want to imagine what could be happen with the cream....

Recently received a shipment of lotion and unfortunately the box had been dropped in shipment and the jar inside was broken. After advising Stephanie by email and forwarding pictures of the damaged jar and box, the shipment was promptly replaced. I thank Stephanie for her professional expertise in the handling of this claim to my complete satisfaction.

I wrote a review about a month ago. No reply from anyone. Stay away from Mall kiosks. Aggressive salespersons and outrageous prices for small amount of product. The under eye serum for eye bags does not work well under makeup.

Mucho cuidado con esta tienda/marca. Utilizan técnicas de venta muy agresivas, casi te "obligan" a comprar. Los precios son desorbitados para los productos de origen israelí que ofrecen, en mi opinión, de dudosa calidad. Tras destacar todos los defectos de tu piel de forma insistente, te prueban productos de efecto inmediato (con siliconas, tipo maquillaje) para embaucarte diciendo que te hacen gran efecto permanente. Te limpias la cara y desaparece. Intentan que financies con el datáfono directamente con comisiones muy altas. En nuestro caso nos atendieron en tienda física en la Calle Granada en Málaga (España). En la puerta Maverick (un encanto) pero la que parecía la encargada (de pelo castaño muy rizado) fue desagradable, insistiendo en que comparamos la supuesta oferta (nos ofrecía un descuento que parece falso porque que dejaba los precios similares a comprar el producto en su web), fomentando la compra compulsiva con frases como "la oferta es solo si te lo llevas ahora" haciéndote sentir mal por no comprar.

Beware of hard-selling agents, that you will feel awful after dealing with. Luckily I didn't fall for much; but I still had nightmares that night. They fast talk you, saying things like, "I'm not one to have many facial products in my bathroom; I like simplicity." - and then before you know it, they are trying to get you to buy half a dozen items, at least. I was invited in for a free facial...After doing half my face, I was told to look at it WITH THE OTHER HALF OF MY FACE COVERED WITH A PAPER TOWEL. Then, after I had examined that half of my face, she covered the treated half and held up a mirror for me to see the other, untreated half of my face. So I was never seeing my whole face all at one time. Really?? How stupid do you think I am? I don't believe in products that you have to be conned into buying. If your products are really good, word will get out - people with good experiences will sell the product for you. So DO NOT get conned into buying these horribly expensive products. Nothing can be worth $600 a tube. I've been using one homemade face product, which is just some light oil (like Jojoba) with a few drops of essential oils, and doing facial exercises - and I look at least 10 years younger than I am. I know that these things are helping, because I began aging prematurely, and not long after beginning this regimen, things were reversed - and 11 years later, I'm still looking almost the way I did when I began this routine.
