Outstanding service from Gina who took the time to fully understand the changing needs of our business and is working tirelessly to get the right policy for us. Couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional and understanding.

Although I did not take up the Quote on this occasion and it was perfectly competitive, the adviser throughout the call was efficient, in what information he was asking for, and had some of my details on the system from a previous year. This made the process quick and effective and clear. It was a professional service and was I appreciated the advisors experience.

Another company using Go Live Data to send spam on their behalf. I am not a company. It is illegal to send spam to personal email accounts.
If you have to send unsolicited marketing emails, use a legitimate company that knows the difference between companies and individuals.

I enquired for a new Business Insurance quote, with requirements differing from "The Norm".
Liam proved most helpful, and provided a very competitive quote covering all aspects that my company required.

Quality service as usual. I’ve been with Premierline a number of years and they provided me with a competitive premium again this year. They’re easy to contact, make it simple to renew and i can always speak to a knowledgeable person in the phone.

Serial email spammers using email addresses harvested from the web, do not unsubscribe as this only lets them know your email address is live and they will repeat spam you, yet another GDPR case waiting to happen it seems.

***Avoid*** overcharging by an outrageous amount - we let auto renew happen and when we reviewed this we found insure at 1/4 of the price saving £6000 - this is either incompetence or Fraud .

Annoying, when I fill an online form in then they call me and say always done via telephone and we have to go through the entire process word for word again.

Had Liam help me today and I just want to say he went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciated and refreshing to see. We moved over from Swinton and so far so good. I was nervous moving after so many years with the same insurer but he made me feel confident we made the right choice. I hope we never have to make a claim but the process to get the policy and ensure it was all set up correct. Thumbs up and Thankyou for going abouve and beyond.
