I ordered items on the 7th May and finally received a refund on the 29th August! despite me sending numerous emails and receiving countless reasons as to why my order had not arrived including emails telling me the items had been despatched my order never arrived.
Avoid at all cost would be my advice!

I put in for an order 2weeks ago, which I should’ve received within 4-5days as paid for standard delivery.. still waiting! Absolute sh!tshow of a company!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with do not trust them with your money or business I cannot stress enough how bad they are

Anyone used these? & got a telephone number? Based in Cornwall. I ordered over £200 worth of kit. But they would not give me a tracking no. As they say its out for delivery. Now they won't refund me or reply to my emails. Been over a month!! Just seen on preppers forums everyone says stay away from them. Wish I did! Contacting my bank for refund as ive been Scammed STAY AWAY FROM THESE!

Ordered two products 1 month ago. Royal Mail app has been saying they expected to receive the package for a month. have emailed Preppers Shop UK - received a 'please don't email more than once as it may slow things down' type of email in response. no update on my order. i think their auto reply speaks volumes.

Preppers website says of the military food packs in the Three day bundle "They are also designed to last for up to 20 years so are great for long term storage and to give you that peace of mind."
However, I have some packs with a best before date that has already passed (dates of earlier this year), and some for just next year and a couple for 2028. Further not everything described in your bundle is included. e.g there is only one hot drink and one energy drink, one energy bar; but 7 sugars, some tissues and chewing gum which we don't need or want.
My order was late July and I have received only two items in the by September. I have yet to receive the remaining four items.
I have asked to cancel and for a refund. How long will that take?

Avoid like the plague. Very very slow delivery, been a month for me a no sign at all of my order. Delivery on website says 4-5 working days and obviously not true. Ordered for a mates bday, very disappointed. Awful customer service. Order from somewhere else. Look at the other bad reviews its not just me.

Ive used Preppers Shop a few times for smaller items and they were ok.
On 29th June I ordered a crossbow and accessories which were listed as "in stock". The shipping information said that the order was being dispatched from their European warehouse. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted them and they said to allow 15 working days. This time came and went and I contacted them again and got a story about customs and that i would get a notification the day before delivery (the site still stated the item was being prepared).
Needless to say I gave them more time and I was told that I should have it by next Friday. Guess what?... Nothing!
I requested a refund on 13th August and they said that the refund would take up to 7 days. I followed up when the money was not returned and they did not bother to reply and I've now had to raise a dispute through my bank.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company suck. They advertise 'flash sale' items that they take money for when they don't even have in stock. The delivery charges are sometimes more than the cost of the item. And delivery time is weeks not days.

If i could give zero stars or minus stars i would. Ordered with no supply or refund, had to go through the bank to get money back which eventually from purchase took 3 months. Seriously dont use them, shocking.

I ordered a storage box from Preppers Shop UK some time ago, but the item never arrived.

After chasing the order, I was offered a replacement, which also never arrived. I was then offered a refund, which I accepted and specifically requested — but as of today, the refund still hasn’t been received.

So, despite paying for an item, I have received neither the product nor my money back.

I appreciate that stock issues can happen, but what is particularly disappointing is the handling of the problem afterwards. A replacement was promised and failed to materialise, followed by a refund that has also not been provided.

This has now gone well beyond a simple stock or delivery issue. It is a basic matter of customer service and accountability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Preppers Shop UK. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this experience before placing an order.

Order → no delivery → replacement promised → no replacement → refund promised → still no refund.

Very poor experience.

I have been waiting for my items now for over 2 months I paid for the 2 week delivery. I could understand if it was a few weeks late but 2 months is ridiculous! They were answering my emails at first but now I’m getting no response from them! So I’m going to assume that I have been scammed out of my money. I would save yourself the hassle and try another website. By the way this order was over £200 so I’m very annoyed. If they want to get in touch with me on here they can my order number is

Avoid this company as stated on site items in stock with promises of delivery with a time frame. Which never appeared. After cancelling well another ball game, as having to get PayPal involved to get my money back. This could take more than 30 days. Absolutely appalling service.

I can't give zero stars, I contacted preppers regarding an order from over 12 months ago and requested a refund, they agreed to refund me for the order I gave them my bank details, then nothing from them, I contacted them again on two occasions but I've been ignored, they have my money and they don't seem willing to refund it to me and have not replied to emails from me, extremely disappointed, disgusting customer service or lack of, they don't have an available contact number, they just don't seem to care about their customers only their money.

Do not trust this company with your money.
I ordered a crossbow and several other items back on July 10th. They advised waiting up to 14 days for delivery. Once 3 weeks had passed I contacted them several times and eventually they replied saying there was a delay with their supplier and promised me the order would be sent out in a week or so.
Still heard nothing two weeks later, so contacted them again and they assured me it would be with me that week.
Nothing.

I have contacted paypal for a full refund, it seems this company is happy to take money for goods they have no intention of sending. AVOID.

Well by the looks of it I should have read the reviews however they all seem to be recent. Looks like this company have serious issues if they are essentially steeling peoples money.

I ordered beginning of My 2026 and was told item is in huge demand. Was happy to wait but not 3 months!!! Offered a replacement item but that never showed up either so I demanded a refund but that never happened either. So they embezzled nearly £400 from me. Like others I will seek my money via PayPal but this company and his new one need to be investigated as this is fraudulent.

Please, please do not do business with this apparently criminal enterprise.

Lost £550 having ordered a crossbow that after waiting for 5 months did not get delivered. After waiting for 5 months with excuses for product waiting at customs they then blamed Parcel Force for losing the order. I then asked for a refund but realised 2 days later I was unable to contact them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Its now been 3 months since i ordered off them and still nothing. Ive requested a refund twice and still nothing
