The name that that you are looking for, dear previous disappointed and scammed customers, is Neil Coldwell, now owning a store in Paignton, Torbay Road, Devon, UK.

There is no " staff shortage" , there is no
"we". I know this for a fact as I know the man and his store and it is a one man band. At times closed to make money doing other gigs...to fund his shop, yet letting his shop go by the wayside. He's a local, we know who he is.

The fact of the matter, however, is that if you genuinely looking for tactical, real and reliable saftety gear......this is not a reputable place from which to get it.

My worry, is that EMT's or the like will take this as a reputable source of safety from which to order. Look at the reviews. Stop Neil, please. Stick to close guarding celebrities and being a bouncer, you have no place selling goods that don't turn up, aren't good enough or don't exist just to make a side profit.

Spent £340, told order would be refunded as no stock. Haven't received refund and no response to emails

I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot.
Item never arrived and all communications (emails and letter) completely ignored. Customer service is non existent with this seller. Had to claim a refund via credit card company. Avoid like the plague!

Even tho I didn’t receive a confirmation mail for my order, Neil responded and help with the order, which was all good.

Wish I’d read the reviews before placing order. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and have had absolutely no correspondence, despite sending multiple emails chasing an update/tracking info.
If I ever receive my order, then I’ll update the review. Otherwise, you’ll know it never came…

As others have said this is a scam company, I have had zero correspondence. Will now have to contact my credit card company regarding a refund. Avoid, avoid.

Ordered late October, got a confirmation about my order, but no delivery information attached. Haven't heard anything from them after that, despite trying to get in touch with them both via email and the contact form on their website. I have been charged for the order though! Avoid!!

ordered a water bladder, two weeks later no goods, phone number doesn't work, email doesn't work, online query doesn't work I shall have to do a charge back

It's a complete fraud company and scam website! The website can't pay, but Neil Coldwell will text you to pay online, and you'll never find him after you pay! No response, phone is off! I'm contacting the bank to get my money back. Don't buy anything from here, stay away from him!

After communication, Neil told me that the refund had been processed and I should receive it within a few days.

Three days later, I successfully received the refund. I would like to clarify the negative comment above and apologize to Neil. After successfully making the payment, I was unable to contact him and did not receive any notification. Seeing some previous negative comments made me worried. After emailing Neil for three consecutive days without a response, I left a negative comment here. However, Neil contacted me at the same time I left the negative comment and quickly processed my request within 60 minutes. Therefore, it was all a misunderstanding, and I apologize to Neil.

I ordered trousers from them in mid may, no trousers were sent. I asked for a full refund, twice, no response. I would not recommend them at all, very poor customer service, and the phone number on their website and on Google does not connect.

Ordered a plate carrier as it was the only place that still had it in stock. I was slightly dubious seeing some reviews but they did have some positive ones too, no doubt they were false.

As per companies house, the company was active from 2014-2017 then dissolved. It then reopened in 2020 at the same address as the old one before they changed it. It's had 2 notices for compulsory strike off since then.

The plate carrier hadn't arrived a month later, attempted calling, emailing, used the web form. Ended up having to get my bank to fight for the money back. Never did receive it in the end but fortunately the bank got my money back!

Really pleased with the service I got. I only made a small order of flexi lights, but despite it being a small order it was very important I received them and on time. They were despatched ASAP and received ready to go. Sometimes you judge a company on how it deals with small orders rather than big contracts. Top work and will return for more specialist equipment in the future. Thanks M

Brilliant experience with my order and fantastic communication throughout. When I received my items they were brilliant quality and I am very pleased with the service.

This company took my money and I didn’t receive any goods. So disappointed. I tried to communicate by phoning and leaving a message, no response. I emailed and the email bounced back. I sent a message on Instagram and no reply. First time I’ve been caught out online. Please avoid. Thankfully I should be covered through my bank. UPDATE - Pleased to have received the products today, 16 days after order date.

I ordered on the 29th. Then didn’t hear anything for a week and was probably being impatient as normally items shop within 1/2 days. I emailed to see if they had received my order, I then checked on here and was disappointed to find all the negative reviews and feared the worst. My items arrived today and are perfect! I think the company may only use a small amount of staff so just stick with them and be patient 👍🏻

Just seen all these reviews after not receiving my order. DO NOT use I have fallen victim also.

Fraudsters and now unfortunately have to go through the bank to receive my money back

I’m not sure what has happened with company. I did small order previously some time back and it arrived ok. Did large order beginning of feb 2022 didn’t receive it. Got no response to e mails or office phone number . Got a mobile number who didn’t answer then sent text saying owner was ‘working abroad’ and it was being dispatched. Nothing since and no response over last 2 months. Luckily paid by PayPal who are sorting. Only just seen terrible reviews with other people having problems. Looked up company details which seem to change. Not a good sign. Buyer beware

Looking like this is a scam site The site has not responded to email or phone and shows on signs of being able is deliver the goods I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS SITE I have reported this site as a fraud to my credit card company
