Ordered 4 personalised coasters- with photos on them for my dads birthday. 3 turned out ok but the system appears to have duplicated one image after ‘adjusting it’ to fit the image in the space and so also sent me the unadjusted image with the top of the photo missing. Therefore I was actually missing the 4th photo image I’d ordered completely.
Customer service won’t accept liability- why would I order an image that’s not even in the frame? And the exact same picture that had been adjusted. I did not upload the same image twice!
There is no way of checking what images are going to print when you place the order and no way to check confirmation or online order.

Poor customer service.
Would not recommend, please use a more reputable company for personalised prints- where you will actually get what you ordered.

Maybe I should have checked this site before ordering from them as I may have thought twice based on these reviews and score.

I'm very disappointed in the company. I gave them a chance to rectify themselves before I wrote this however the email reply I recieved was unsatisfactory.

Please know their 'Express Next Day delivery' did not fulfil in my instance. I ordered on 15th and recieved on the 18th after the event it was desperately needed for.

The quality is ok but definitely not worth the extortionate amount I paid for it.

As it was personalised I understand it wouldn't be refunded but I asked for at least the £12 express delivery charge to be refunded to which I got a 'computer says no' reply.

A shame as they started strongly with the customers care emails when I first ordered.

This was my first time ordering from Printster and it will absolutely be my last. I ordered personalised prints well in advance of a birthday, leaving more than enough time for delivery, yet the items never arrived. I was later told they had been returned by the courier, despite my address being completely correct.

What makes this situation far worse is Printster’s response. They refused to issue a refund on the basis that the items were personalised, even though I never received anything and therefore had no benefit or use from them. From my understanding of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, this is not acceptable. If goods are not delivered, the retailer remains legally responsible and must provide a remedy. The “personalised” argument does not apply where the customer has not received the goods at all.

It is also very clear that Printster is responsible for the courier they chose. My contract is with Printster, not their delivery company. The risk remains with the retailer until the goods are successfully delivered to the customer. If their courier returns an item incorrectly or fails to deliver it, that is entirely Printster’s responsibility to resolve, not something they can pass onto me while keeping my money.

What is particularly concerning is that they have taken full payment, failed to deliver the goods, refused a refund, and then ignored multiple emails when I have tried to resolve the issue. This is not just poor service, it appears to be a complete failure to meet basic legal obligations and acceptable standards of customer care.

After experiencing this, I looked into other reviews and found that this is not an isolated case. There are numerous reports on Trustpilot and similar platforms from customers describing the same issues, orders not arriving, parcels being returned, refunds refused due to items being personalised, and customer service simply not responding. The consistency of these complaints strongly suggests a wider pattern of behaviour.

Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. No delivery, no refund, no accountability, and no communication. Based on this experience and the number of similar complaints from others, I would strongly warn anyone against ordering from Printster, especially for anything time sensitive or important.

Had a mug printed with photos of my dogs. Very easy to use, decent price and arrived perfectly packaged and well within the delivery window

Absolutely rubbish company Printster delivered a personalised birthday card to me that was damaged badly!!! and the customer servie was shocking i sent photo proof of the card i went above and beyond but yet they wanted more photos differet angles……. Safe to say contacted my bank and was refunded by my bank on the spot! And chargeback sent. I had more than enough proof. I Will never be using again! Outrageous all for £1.70…… i will be letting everyone know stay away get your cards elsewhere. And Delivery took long!

Ordered personalised masks for my dad’s 70th birthday celebrations. They are fantastic quality and were delivered within 3 days 😌

I ordered my item a week before the event on a saturday which gave them plenty of time for the item , when the items arrived my coaster was missing and the message in the letter was for a totaly different family (not auto generated as it was too personal) .
The pictures on the mug where not edited to how i had saved them and peoples heads was missing and the finish on them was very poor quality like it had been put though a washing machine 100 times and faded (took onna samsung s23 ultra sooo good pic quality) .
I reached out to the company via email as no contact details and no reply so i sent another email voicing my concerns and nothing still .
I would avoid using them and find a better company that doesnt charge that much for a poor service .

Just received a mug which came a little late. The mug is ok but paid for it to be filled with retro sweets and to be gift wrapped which has not been done. Plus tried telephoning but reply is can't be connected. Not Happy !! If you buy something and pay for it everything should be included not items missed.

Awful. Terrible delivery confirmations, expect your card ‘whenever’ and incorrect message in card. Mother’s day card was ruined, which she opened as I obviously didn’t open it prior to giving!

I placed an order and only received one email which was the order confirmation. In order to track the order you have no choice but to download an app or use the online chat. After a few days I chased the order online and was advised it was awaiting order fulfillment. The product was then delivered the following day, the email tracking of the order is therefore not great at all. When I opened the personalised package the font size was horrendously small to the point it was unreadable unless you was up close (as in less than 1 foot away). Tried to get in touch through the online chat and requested a photo I sent the photo and there was no response. All in all not a great service and because of this experience I will not be a returning customer.

Fantastic product, great quality, really pleased with the quality and colours of the pictures on the coasters. Brill. And quick delivery

I ordered some face cutouts, however when they arrived I was a bit disappointed with them , my fault I didn't line up photo correctly. Prinster replaced them for me free of charge.

Ordered 2 jumbo mugs, added a custom image, previewed the design, looked fantastic!! But, it arrived... the bottom of the image was cut off with a personal message, £30 WASTED! Not to mention the delivery driver just left the parcel in the main entrance with not even ringing the door bell, will never this company again!!

Not a great first experience with Printster. My delivery was marked as ‘failed’, yet I received no notification, no attempt to contact me, and no explanation. The building it was being delivered to operates 24/7, so there should have been no issue in completing the delivery.
Printster were unfortunately not very helpful in locating my parcel, which was needed for a specific date and for which I had paid for express delivery. I was told I would be notified as soon as the parcel was returned and would be resent, but this did not happen.
The item was eventually redelivered over two weeks after dispatch and was no longer needed, especially as it was a personalised product. Printster failed to offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Sadly, I won’t be using them again.

Really fast delivery and good quality product and a reasonable price.

I paid extra for a delivery option that stated delivery on 29 January. After ordering, I was told it would arrive on 30 January, which is too late as I’m travelling early that morning.

This was a time-critical order for a 40th birthday party, and the delivery date was the reason I placed the order. Because the date wasn’t met, the item is unusable.

Despite this, Printster refused a refund, saying delivery dates are only estimates. Charging extra for a date-specific delivery and then refusing responsibility when that date isn’t met is very disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered personalised items for a surprise party. Paid extra for express delivery. The parcel was almost a week late because the courier diverted it to the wrong depot and Printster are refusing to refund me or take this up with their courier.
Don't use this company if you want 1. a reliable service or 2. customer care

Ordered a mug. Images all blurry. Refused to refund. They said images needed to be sized down. I uploaded the exact same images to another site and the mug was absolutely fine. They clearly are a poorly ran company with poor software. Read all the other reviews exactly same issue. Don’t order from this company
