Hi I got my stair lift installed just over a month ago, it is a true god send for me, and my daily activity. the young man who installed it, was very good, a very clean and tidy worker, very knowledgeable and was very polite to chat with. They even fitted me a bath chair in, that has now helped me to get a shower sitting down. With emphysema having these two items have really helped in my daily living. I would highly recommend prism as they were true to there word, did a sterling job, and sorted me out with the stairlift having previously been told by another company that it wasn’t possible to fit one in. As a dealer for Prism, I can confirm they've had issues in the past, but they are making an assertive effort to right those weaknesses in their business strategy.

I have worked closely with Leionnie, Courtney, and Stephen over the last year. The difference is light and Day.

We have numerous examples of customer service going above and beyond, such as Delivering Commodes to private customers within 48 hours in emergencies and urgently despatching replacement parts to resolve technical faults.

So, before you assume from the past reviews that this is Prism's modus operandi, think again! Give credit where credit is due; they are positively going forward.

Furthermore, they are British, and we should support our British manufacturers, right?

Horrendous company
Came out to assess damage but causes more damage by attending my property with no ladder so stood on my loft entrance and caused damage to the ceiling.
They decided that claim was not valid and ok but when I have asked what are they going to do do about the damage they caused during inspection they have ignored me. I am going to seek legal advice as this company seems rather rogue and looking at the reviews seems like they just are un professional and cowboys

Do yourselves a favour and don’t use
This is the worst business I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with
The long and the short of it that cancelled my wife’s warranty on june 2nd but forgot to tell my wife until the 19th of July prism claim the warranty was cancelled for a breach of the terms and conditions that they have never give us a copy and still refuse to do so
This left a palliative care patient unable to attend her treatment that keeps her alive
We received no empathy from the complaints manager who at one time cut my phone call off so he could catch the early train
We offered to pay for the repair until the warranty issue was resolved complaint manager said he would sort this on the 18th at 11am but left it until it was to late on the Friday to arrange a local engineer to attend before the weekend so another treatment session will be missed
When the engineer attended in June to the same fault he underhand and secretly without permission took photographs in side our home

I had an awful time with this company, they don't respond, or if they do, it takes them an age! I didn't get a settlement figure until I threatened them with legal action, (they then finally offered a ludicrously small settlement amount, which didn't come close to the amount of work they had made me do).
They caused me to do lots of needless & unnecessary work, including travelling to a site to take pictures, I got the feeling they were just hoping I would give up and go away.

This company is appalling for 9 months they have messed about the client and been inhumane in their level of shameful cruelty to a lung cancer patient who has been messed about weekly by these people. They made an appointment for the install today then rang to cancel that a part was missing, really? did they not examine it prior to making an appointment to install, NO APOLOGIES EVER
WBC was asked to resolve the several issues that PRISM created weekly, they say they cannot. I asked for thru floor lift because of the 9 months repeated delays and the lady can not get up the stairs I WOULDNT TRUST PRISM MEDICAL to organise a pee up in a brewery they are appalling cruel and inhumane that is PRISM MEDICAL ! We are sick to death of their many repeated continual excuses!

Anything you want is subjected to being a CHANGE at Prism so much for managed service, the only thing they seem to manage in their billing system
