You send me the wrong goods ,I return them the same day and I have no doubt you receive them , but you refuse to refund the money . You will loose more money from but reviews than the refund .

So i love prohormones i have used them a few times in the last few months. Everything comes well packaged and in good time and their products are next level good .

Excellent service ordered just before Easter, expected a delay but came within 48 hrs . Always feel a benefit from their great products

Here is my experience. I placed an order with this company but made a mistake, so just a couple of minutes later I contacted them through their contact form to cancel the order.

The next day I received an automated email saying my order is being shipped. So this time I tried to contact them through the phone number on their website, which is invalid, nice!

So I sent them second email, directly, (this time without using the form in case there is a bug) asking again to please cancel the order.

2 days later the order shows up just like clockwork, with very fast shipping curtsey of Amazon. I have not tried the product, as I do not need it, and do not trust to use it now.

It’s been 6 days now and still no one bothered to reply to any of my emails and the phone number is still invalid. Guess this company is doing so well it does not need to bother offering any support to the yokel spending their pound on the supplements.

Pathetic, by comparison during this time I also placed an order with british-supplements.net, and likewise also sent them a cancellation mail right away. They replied and stopped the order from being processed and refunded my money in full the very next day. Completely different experience, I would not have guessed it based on the way their website looked, but guess this company is a scam, as what respectable business would operate like this?

Edit: I did not receive any response initially from customer support, so I sent a third email to which they did eventually reply (cheers Marc!) and offered to help out so I think they are OK now, but I will still have to knock off a star for the first impression.

Had a package that that the courier said had attempted to deliver and someone was in on both occasions and pro hormones saw my review they contacted me and I received the package next day- excellent service and product and also shows they read and act on reviews.

Excellent product I bought this item 4 weeks ago so gave it chance I’ve had trouble sleeping and it’s help also feeling better when u get your proper sleep better moods .

Just such an easy company to deal with, quick delivery

Get a proper courier company. Paid over £100 on supplements and for express delivery only for the courier to not attempt to deliver it. Two days running. Absolutely pathetic.
