Architects
This platform is unsuitable for professionals, particularly architects. The leads provided are mostly for amateur design projects with limited budgets, often within rural demand areas. I would not advise wasting your time, money, and effort here.

IDM Solutions (Heinrich Brits) was fully paid for my project (R218 500) by week 3 which he said would take 4 weeks to complete - and cost R150k originally. After week 4, I have no kitchen or toilet connections and I'm sitting with empty raw walls and Mr Heinrich is missing. I do NOT recommend disguised thieves referred to by Procompare.

Unfortunately, a professional who previously performed well may fail to meet expectations over time. Rest assured, this particular provider was banned from our platform immediately after this incident. We genuinely regret the inconvenience and are here to support you in any way we can move forward.
