Reported a scammer who left malicious reviews using multiple email addresses and Product Review took no action. They told me I should respond to the reviewer but I had to pay Product Review by signing up for an account to leave a response.

I bought a product from fruugo and it was the wrong size. I wrote to them a few times and have not had any response from them

Bought a 365 day prepaid mobile phone plan from Lyca Mobile. Unable to activate SIM thru website or app. Called customer service and experienced unacceptably long wait times of one hour. Finally got through and was told Type 'A' ID can be done online, but not Type 'B' ID. This should be explained in the paperwork that came with the SIM as well as on the website and the app. So I have to email screenshots of everything

Why have you blocked me, This had also happened to people whom have not said anything bad about any company.
You must relise you are there for the truth not a lie regarding how wonderful a product is but the truth. I do not want to be part of that. Now I know your page is not honest when buying a product.

Alpha pest control 0480090776 are scummers , liers, and untrustworthy. Please stray away from them and don't waste your hard earned money. When you try to talk to them about issues you have with their employees they waffle on about unrelated things so you get fed up listening to drivel and hang up.

I previously wrote a not very complementary review,frustrated by,after having ordered and paid for a Soga Manual Commercial Juicer,it hadn’t arrived.After waiting weeks and being told numerous times by the company that the juicer was coming I couldn’t help but be suspicious that I had been scammed.Well eventually it did arrive and we are happy with it.Apologies came from Voyager Collection Australia,the explanation being their supplier inventory showed the juicer as available but was actually out of stock.They have now taken concrete steps to improve inventory syncing with their suppliers.

Everything was well organised. The staff on the Ghan were always helpful, polite and friendly. The meals were excellent and the off train experiences were great.
Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend this trip with Imagine Cruising.

$ 180.00 call out for 10 minute job, $ 220.00 for a part that can be purchased for under $ 90.00 at several retail stores or $ 66.00 including delivery on line from manufacture. No pensioner discouts. Claim the are on par with others. Hav now made 6 calls to plumbers in area all say this was excessive charges.

Do not use this site or Nhurax who sells on this site. Take your money, tell you it's delivered when it hasn't been and then will not communicate with you again. Both are a scam.

Their mindset is just pathetic. For example, if you write one word in capital letters, they will not allow you to publish it. And there is more. I am sick and tired of them. Typically Australian mindset that needs a psychological examination!

Communication and exchange was quick and easy.

The swim leggings is very lightweight and extremely stretchy material. S-M is my size normally. I bot M after looking at reviews. Exchanged it for XS and still got reasonable room for comfort.

Misleading Credit Expiry Policy:
I purchased credits from Bark.com after their marketing emails stated: “Remember, our credits never expire so you can use them whenever you like!”

However, a large portion of my paid credits was later removed without notification. Customer service told me I should have checked their terms and conditions and that they are not obligated to notify me.

This is misleading, unfair, and poor customer service. I cannot recommend Bark.com based on this experience.

I bought anti bark collar from Pet Tech in Sept 2024. After a few months it stopped working and I contacted the seller and they asked me to do a few things which I did and then asked me to send a video of the product not working. I sent the video and then they asked for another video which was difficult to make. I did tell them I was struggling to make the video the way they wanted as the collar was erratic and would not work but they have refused to replace the faulty product or issue me refund unless I provide the video. The product was under 1 year warranty.

Stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. I reached out to customer service but unfortunately received no real assistance. Disappointing experience for a product at this price point — I hope the company will stand behind their products better in the future.

The worse product and delivery experience I have ever had. Ordered goods in store and requested delivery to inside my home. Items came in 2 separate deliveries. The first driver said he couldn’t put the goods inside my home. The second driver didn’t come to my door he left it half way up the driveway. Spoke to adairs customer service and they blamed the delivery company. Adairs you choose to use that company. On top of that one of the items was damaged and I had to chase up customer service continuously to get a pick up organised. Will NEVER buy from Adairs again.

I am wondering do business pay to get awards and high stars at Product Review?

As in my dealings with both Moose and Spintel, with the the lies, false promises, no customers service, unauthorised transactions etc etc etc etc they don't even deserve the "awards" and high stars out of 5 on Product Review website.

On 9 August 2025 I wanted to post a review on ProductReview about Dan’s Plumbing in Melbourne.
On 15 July 2025 after clearing a drain for $1100 in less than an hour. Dan’s Plumbing gave me a quote $12K stressing an urgent repair for a broken drain. They said the drain would be totally offline and wanted me to sign the quote on the spot. When I asked for more info about the broken drain to consider the quote overnight, they were not interested and said the quote was only valid if signed right then. Their claim of urgent repair has turned out false. The drain is still flowing well after nearly 2 months.
Dan’s Plumbing, through Ferguson’s Plumbing, came back on ProductReview with a polite reply but not answering the issues I had with the $12K. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the reply. But ProductReview has not come back. It has appeared they don’t want to publish my review despite my repeated queries. My last query was on 3 September 2025.
ProductReview seems to be siding with a business when the review is bad.

The armchair was advertised online for sale by Matt Blatt a company I have purchased well priced goods from previously. The armchair appeared to meet my requirements and had 'positive reviews'. The advertised price was $399 plus shipping costs of $26.50. When the chair arrived it was branded Kogan and when I checked the internet I found Kogan had bought out Matt Blatt several years ago. The chair was of appalling quality. The fabric on the seat has already stretched after 2 days use, the legs were unbalanced and the cheap veneer on the legs started peeling. The chair is also quite uncomfortable. Only useful as a chair in the bedroom to throw a shawl over for decoration.
The major problem was the price. Not only was it overpriced for the quality but when I looked at the site a week later the price was 'reduced by 70 per cent' to $119. The $399 version was nowhere to be found because the algorithm had redirected me to the cheaper ad. I consider the ad was misleading the the pricing excessive for the quality.

I bought boots from a company calling itself Monroe Sydney, advertised as orthopaedic. They arrived with no size, were not orthopaedic and generally inferior quality. They were so tight I couldn’t even get them on my foot so I went through their convoluted return process and was told I would get a full refund plus the $25 postage I paid but I got nothing. I raised a dispute with PayPal and the case was closed in sellers favour!!! I’m irate. No boots, no refund and now I don’t trust PayPal. Monroe Sydney are cheap scammers.
