I had Darek Costillo from PC United DC reach back out to me when he was assigned to me for drywall repairs. I only had him two times in Nov 2024. I wasn't happy from end results of his work especially when he showed up late 5 hours on second visit. I told him I will try to finish the remaining on my own after he nailed the drywalls up and mud-meshed it; and if any issues, I will call him for help. I worked on it and realized how messed up the walls were lumpy on the corners of the closet and the bathroom, pretty upset. So I went ahead to file complaint to get my full refund with Angi List and he wouldn't budge to resolve this but would come back to fix it and charge me more. How would you like someone do this to you then leave you hanging but to charge me more to fix it, when it shouldn't be charging me more for it? Other people have agreed even though you say I paid less for two visits, it was the principle how it was handled the quality of the work and the time promised to work on it. It's not the work I expect from this business.
