The flowers that were delivered were not what the picture looked like, so we very disappointed. The moss in the picture was green but arrived brown and dead

I ordered three flowers three different…

I ordered three flowers three different places, two of them got there on time iand one got there five days later so that’s why I gave three stars.

I was somewhat disappointed in the…

I was somewhat disappointed in the "mug" that came with the orchid that I ordered - as near as I could tell. it was not the pretty pink insulated mug that actually came with the plant - but instead on of lesser quality.
I like sending flowers, but need to know that what I am seeing and purchasing is what the person actually will get.

I was so thankful that I was able to…

I was so thankful that I was able to order online and have it delivered out of state. The delivery was on time and was just as I had ordered!! Well done again!!

Consult on substitutions?

The flowers were delivered on time and were so pretty. However, the arrangement delivered had many more white flowers than the yellow flowers shown on the website. I realize substitutions happen depending on availability. But it would've been nice to be contacted to be given some say in the change. There's a big difference between white and yellow.

And item was missing (Candy)

And item was missing (Candy). I contacted Pro Flowers and a refund was immediately recognized.
Good service. Just wish the provider would have furnished the information instead of me having to ask the recepient what kind of candy they got. And, the reply was that they did not receive any candy. Pro Flower found out that the supplier was out of that specific candy.

The Flower Arrangement was nothing like…

The Flower Arrangement was nothing like it was pictured. Some of the flowers weren’t bloomed. The balloon sent with the Flowers said Happy Anniversary. I thought I chose Happy Birthday, that what the flowers were for. That could have been my fault. Just not happy with the arrangement. This is the first time I’ve ever been unhappy with the flower arrangement. I’ve always been satisfied in the past.
