Excellent sales advice, and very quick delivery of a projector (Epson EB-L260F) and screen (Sapphire Manual Slow retraction Screen - 270 x 152cm). We are pleased with the performance of both, in regular use for our local village hall.

I recently had a mixed experience with Projectorpoint. Although they managed to help replace my broken projector quickly, the initial purchase didn't fit my needs and had to be returned. However, they processed the refund swiftly, and their staff, particularly Gulam, provided commendable customer service throughout the ordeal. Ultimately, I ended up with a smaller, more suitable projector. While the overall process was a bit of a hassle, the final product is working well for my presentations. I'm appreciative of the effort but feel the situation could've been smoother from the get-go.

My projector broke the day before a presentation. In a panic I googled projector dealers nearby and found ProjectorPoint. Gulam Khamboo went many many extra miles on the telephone providing advice and making sure I had a new projector by the following day (I collected it). But when I realised it was too big for my purposes, after using it once, I returned it and bought a smaller version which is entirely and absolutely perfect.

The refund for the larger projector arrived promptly (quicker than the usual 7-9 business days) and I could not be happier with my new smaller projector. It's easy to use (and I'm a very untechnical person) the image quality is great and it's even got its own shoulder-bag for carrying to presentations.

ProjectorPoint and Gulam and Fane Regis - who helped when I brought the too-large projector back - deserve medals for saving the day when I thought I might have to cancel the presentation and might not have the smaller one in time for my next presentation. The new neat not-ridiculously-expensive portable projector will see me through many future presentations. THANK you.

Everything from first contact to completion of supply and install of AV projector at a height of 5 metres was absolutely painless. Communication was excellent and the install team went beyond what they had to do to ensure we were happy with the completed work.

Fane kept us fully upto date with delivery times and Installation date. Great communication even took trouble to check projector was suitable for room we were using. Once ordered delivery was on schedule. Projector was used within 2 hours of delivery and members commented on quality of images projected. We are very happy with our purchase.

I recently worked with Gulam Khamboo to specify and purchase a 4K projector for a specialist 360° immersive video installation. Gulam was brilliant from start to finish. He had excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of the lens and projector. He was a brilliant communicator, responding quickly to questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. He even arranged a back-up demo projector in case delivery was delayed, but delivery times were so quick we didn't need it. I can absolutely recommend Gulam and ProjectorPoint, they're definitely my go to company from here forward. Thanks Gulam : )

There are proper retailers and there are mere boxshifters. Projector Point are proper retailers. I was considering buying an Optoma ZH400 laser projector and had one or two questions pre purchase. These were answered promptly and efficiently. I was reassured enough to place my order and it arrived the next day. Which is pretty good considering PP are in Middlesex and I am in Plymouth. There was a small problem regarding a plug and socket mismatch which was obviously the manufacturer's fault but it was sorted by Projector Point immediately and a replacement arrived at midday the following day. Excellent packaging, documentation, price and service. Five out of five stars.

As for the projector: Brilliant too. Bright, sharp and smart. It’s a replacement for an elderly Optoma DLP lamp driven portable whose DLP chip had now twice gone speckly with dead pixels and was classed as obsolete so no spare was available (what a waste) so it is a bit of a step up. It does make me think that the much vaunted laser lamp life is going to well exceed the DLP chip life.

All in all an extremely happy customer.
