Outstanding Service and Products!

I cannot praise Projectorpoint highly enough, superb advice from the planning stages of our new shop - through to final installation.

Excellent knowledge and clear explanations for a layman to understand. I always knew the full range of options, costs and products and the specialist knowledge and patience Will showed was brilliant.

If you need any projectors, video walls, accessories or specialist knowledge then these are the people to deal with. Genuinely impressed with all of it.

Incredible service. We were let down badly by another supplier. They managed to source exactly what we needed and delivered it in time for an event. Annick also kept me informed at every stage. The projector is perfect with a very sharp and bright display from a 20 metre distance. I would highly recommend ProjectorPoint.

As I have said earlier, best in India as far as I know(May be international) I would suggest everyone to buy from here if you want quality.

Exemplary customer service!! Projectorpoint's customer service model should be a lesson to every other company out there. There are very few organisations whose business model really puts the customer experience and satisfaction at the core of they operate and Projectorpoint is one of them. To elaborate on such glowing praise, from start to finish, including after sales, nothing was too much trouble to make sure I had the right projector for me. It could have been a bit of a disaster as I ordered "the wrong projector". I made a sizeable outlay for a projector. I had saved for months to treat myself to a new projector and did what I thought was all the right research which led me to the projector I had ordered through Projectorpoint. There price was very competitive, but more importantly, the website was very helpful with their throw distance calculator and supporting information. I chose to purchase through Projectorpoint. But this is where it only gets better... Basically, before the order was put through, Gulam from the sales department contacted me just to make sure everything was ok and that I got the right projector for me and my setup. I am so glad he did. After a bit of a chat, I realised that I had ordered the wrong projector for my environment (throw distance and setup). Rather than adopting a 'tough luck' we've already got your money, Gulam went out of his way to find out what I was after, the room size, environment, what I wanted out of a projector, etc. He made notes of this and then said he would get back in touch once he done some digging around to find the best projector. Well, I decided to do some more research myself and pretty much decided on the "right" choice this time. Uncannily, when Gulam got back in touch, by amazing coincidence, with all the hundreds of brands and models to choose from, suggested the very same one that I now had my eyes on. I was absolutely blown away! Gulam totally, totally understood the kind of projector I was after and made sure I was happy before closing the deal and processing my order. Above and beyond all of which he was able to answer my questions about cabling and even projector paint. Yes, this is a lenghty review, but deserved so. I can't recommend Gulam and Projectorpoint enough. I hope everybody reads this before deciding to purchase a projector and then reaches out to this company. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Superb service.
I have used this company for 10 years and every time they have been incredibly helpful and friendly, making it very easy to come up with a solution for the projection needs I've had at decent prices; then delivering the equipment very quickly and in time for the events we've been doing. On the latest occasion they were able to source a low energy output projector with screen for a festival we're doing that runs on renewable energy, when no other company seemed to be able to help at all. Highly recommended.

I was after the Epson EH-TW9400 projector and found Projectorpoint through an on-line search. I called them and was answered immediately by Will who was extraordinary helpful. He first wanted to check that the projector was compatible with my cinema; I had done the maths but it was useful to get confirmation. He described more about the projector, and the reviews on their site were extremely helpful. He also recommended a low-profile ceiling mount, which was extremely effective. The projector was well packaged and he made sure that it arrived at my home on the correct day, including providing me with the DHL tracking data. He also made sure that I was aware of the Epson guarantee that has to be filled in on-line, with the serial number. Excellent service, plain English, immediate comprehension of the situation etc. As to the projector itself, it is absolutely outstanding value for money. It is very big and heavy, but that does not matter in the least as it is ceiling mounted. The lens shift for focus, zoom and shift is also fabulous. Could not recommend more highly.

Brilliant service from the team at Projectorpoint, and from Harry in particular, who was keen to ensure that the product I wanted was actually the right fit for me and my requirements - rather than just fulfilling an order. Incredible customer service! It's rare nowadays to find a company that spends a lot of time in advising the best product that works for the customer and not just for the company's pocket. Gulam recommended us the best cinema projector & lens that would work well with our big screen in both outdoor & indoor event settings. We got a great discount, which helped us stay within budget and received the products a lot earlier than expected. Excellent job guys! The projector we had broke down suddenly and we needed an urgent replacement. Murray was very helpful and I received my item early.

I had a call from Projectorpoint to ask me if I had been happy with my experience when ordering a new lamp. They also explained their warranty conditions. The call had been unsolicited and that is why it was all the more appreciated.

Excellent service, as ever. Harry was particularly helpful in choosing the ideal projector to work in a rather tricky set-up, and it's turned out to be even better than expected.

What an experience I had with Projector Point and it's all thanks to Harry. I can honestly say, he's the best person I have ever dealt with in sales. He called me after I ordered the projector screen to see if it would be suitable for my projector and also to check the size. I ended up needing to order a smaller one whioch he took care of for me and then within 24hrs it was at my door.
Absolutely fantastic service and I would give him 10 stars if I could as he's a credit to the company.
