Promotion Products Reviews

We recently worked with Rachelle & team for merchandise and promotional items for our Trade conference, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional.

Their commitment to assisting throughout the entire process was outstanding — from providing creative merchandising ideas and prompt quotations, through to delivery within very tight timeframes. Communication was always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond when an issue arose with some products. They worked quickly under tight constraints to organise replacement items and ensure everything was resolved before our event.

We truly appreciated the support, dedication, and level of customer service provided by the whole team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service and products.

From start to finish this is a business that understands customer service. Not everything went to plan (as is often the case with promotional products) but Meredith turned any little problem into an opportunity. Good old fashioned 5 star service and with a business that is serious about corporate and social responsibility.

I rate Henrique (Riki) 5 stars as he is always responsive, has great customer service, and is always keen to assist our team with any marketing and merchandise.

Danielle was so accommodating of outlandish requests and numerous edits/reviews...created some amazing products for our client together which will be part of a team appreciation gift this year!

I made the repeat-purchasing and Morgan prompt response me. It only took 7 working days from draft to delivery, agile!

Excellent service from our account manager Jade Odendaal thank you so much. Marketing products arrived really fast and on time. Good quality.... 💫🥇

Working with Tracy has been an absolute pleasure. Easy and seamless communication. The product was exactly what we were after in terms of quality and value.

When you are given a task on short notice, you can always rely on Morgan to help all she can. I have dealt with Promotion Products and Morgan numerous times now, and I have never had an issue. They are always willing to help and are quick to respond to any request.

The service was above and beyond, and Tracy communicated clearly and responsively throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Morgan Tei is the real deal! If she isn't Account Manager / Employee of the month, Promotion Products must have an exemplary team of people!

With every interaction, Morgan was extremely efficient and professional. Transaction was simple and she even followed up on final delivery.
Outstanding customer service skills Morgan. I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. - S.Oxley (Metso)

Working with Tracy Donoghue to complete my order was a smooth and easy process. Experienced prompt communication throughout all stages of completing my order. Their team were very efficient in delivering the products, well before expected arrival date. Would recommend purchasing products from!

speedy replies and delivery of high quality goods

My experience with Production Products was sensational. Tracy was super efficient and professional, and we absolutely love our branded drink bottles.

Morgan was so helpful and sorted out quotes and proof drawings so quickly. She also made sure the items arrived safely. Products are good quality condition and as per the proof provided.

The fast response and quick turnaround from Henrique made the whole shopping process hassle-free. The products were delivered on time, and I got a good price without compromising on quality. I would definitely recommend Promotion Products if you are ordering a bulk of branded products!

I placed a repeat order of calico bags for our expo recently, and the team were once again fantastic to work with.

The approval process was smooth and the bags delivered on-time as planned.

The stand visitors really loved the natural bags compared to some of the others they were given with plastic coatings.

Thanks again to both Nipun and Chris for looking after us and making it stress-free.

I have ordered twice from Promotion Products both times they were fast and great products.
The staff made it a easy process.

Jade was easy to deal with: helpful and proactive without being pushy. Her proof sheets and quotes were put together quickly and were easy to follow. We were pleased with the quality of the items and how quickly they were ready. This was actually a second order to get more, as the products had been so popular with our clients and others that we'd given them away to.

The team at Promotion Products helped us with a number of merch for upcoming events we're doing. They were extremely helpful, communicative and prompt, helping us from start to finish of the process and ensuring we were happy with the products and got everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Sales staff were very helpful.
Just a bit disappointed in the final product. The engraving on some of the pens was a inconsistent.
